Shanghai Companies can Hire SH Graduates(no work experience)
The latest news for foreigners to apply for employment permits, foreign students who obtain a bachelor or above degree in Shanghai colleges and universities and work in the "FTZ and Zhangjiang independent innovation demonstration area", by the FTZ pilot or Zhangjiang High-tech Zone issued a certificate, can apply employment and work permit directly, and don’t have to provide at least two years’ working certificate.
Allication Range
Foreign students have bachelor or above degree in Shanghai colleges or universities, and work in China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone.
Application Materials
The following materials are required to be stamped with official seal
1. “Application form of foreign students graduated from shanghai university work in China (Shanghai) free trade pilot area employment certificate” - original
2. Provide the employer's valid business license or other statutory registration certificate, and the organization code certificate. Foreign-invested enterprises need to provide free trade zone approval certificate or proof of the record in addition (check the original with a copy)
3. Labor contract (check the original with a copy)
4. The applicant passport (check the original with a copy)
5. Diploma and degree certificate of Shanghai University (check the original with a copy)
6. Company introduction letter (for responsible person)
7. ID card of responsible person (check the original with a copy)
Application Procedures
1. Fill out the application form
(The application form should be downloading from Pudong New Area Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website http://pdrbj.pudong.gov.cn or Pudong New Area Talent Exchange Center website http://www.pdrcfw.com/ ), the applicant must be signed; Employers fill in the company information, and stamped with official seal.
2. Employers’ responsible people submit the above documents to Pudong New Area Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
3. Issue work certificate
Pudong New Area Human Resources and Social Security Bureau verify the materials submitted by the employer, if the material is correct, they will issue "Shanghai University of foreign students to China (Shanghai) free trade pilot area employment work certificate letter."
