【News】The Nanjing Metro Line S3 Open!

The Nanjing Metro Line S3 has been confirmed to be open today (December 6th)! This means that we can simultaneously take the metro and enjoy the view of the sunrise over the Yangtze River!

The S3 line begins east at the Nanjing South Railway Station, and heads west to the Pukou Gaojiachong Station. It passes through the Jiangning district, the Yuhuatai district, the Jianye district, and the Pukou district. It is 37.5 km in total length, has a total of 19 stops including 10 underground stations, 9 high rise stations, and six exchange stations. Trains reach a maximum speed of 100km/h. S3 is the third river-crossing route after Line 3 and Line 10.

The Sanjiang Institute is a university founded by four retired professors from Southeast University and Nanjing University in 1992.

Gate 4 of the Sanjiang Institute also has a fantastic reputation of late night eating. Everyday after 5pm is the time for foodies.

Wugui Mountain (Tortue Mountain) is located in the Yuhuatai district of Nanjing. It has the famous scenic site the Boni King Tomb. It is the tomb of the early 15 century King Manarejiana (Sudan) of Boni (today’s Brunei).
