Dynamic and Student-oriented ESL Teachers Wanted
★ Job descriptions:
Ø Prepare for every lesson before the class, and ensurethat classes start at the scheduled time.
Ø Teach according to guidelines provided by the company.
Ø Be good at using teaching software after being trained.
Ø Hand in all lesson plans for next week on Sunday to Academic Manager.
Ø Attend compulsory weekly workshops.
Ø Provide feedback on his/her observations of students to the supervisory teacher.
Ø Communicate with parents of students with the help of local teacher if necessary concerning the welfare of individual students.
Ø Endeav or to give every child the opportunity to reach their potential and meet high expectations.
★ Job requirements:
Ø English speakers from US/UK/AUS/CAN/NZ/SA/other European countries, with bachelor degree or higher.
Ø High passion for education.
Ø More than two Years teaching Experience.
Ø Standard pronunciation and good at motivating kids’ interest in learning.
Ø Teaching qualifications such as TEFL/TESOL certificate will be preferred.
Ø With honest、caring、responsible、progressive、creative and cooperative characteristics.
Ø Willing to work full time: 32 working hours per week including 20 hours teaching hours and 12 office hours.

Ø Make plans for upgrading and monitor whole process.
Ø Able to teach by him or herself.

Ø With managing experiences at least for 3 years.
Ø Good atcommunicating、planningand motivating.
Ø Requirements for other ordinary ESL teachers such us English native speakers、passion for teaching etc.
Ø Willing to take a full-time job with 40 working hours.
