China Best Employers on Friday.
The honors were announced by Aon, a global professional services firm, together with Kincentric.
Employee engagement, organizational agility, engaging leadership and talent focus are the four key measurements for the awards, said Peter Zhang, global partner of Aon and chairman of the China Best Employers Judging Committee.
“We’re in an age of uncertainties, and talented professionals are like anchor points in surging waves. A company’s business growth and steady development are underpinned by its organizational success and talent,” Zhang said.
To succeed as top employers, Zhang suggests companies open in-house cooperation, implement fast and efficient business decisions, put costumer needs first, provide a compatible and inclusive work environment, and strengthen organizational agility.
Since the Best Employers program was introduced into China by Aon in 2001, it has become one of the most comprehensive and credible studies of its kind. The program includes a rigorous judging process based on research, interviews and data analysis of various business and people practice indicators, as well as employee opinions.
