It aims to cultivate children's scientific spirit,exploration and practice ability, global vision, and social responsibility so that children can fully enjoy the fun of creation and the pleasure of exploration.

Our courses utilize a range of presentation, interactive whiteboard, pad and app technology, so that the best experience can be given to both the teacher and the students in the classroom. With our small classes of maximum 12 students,the teacher really has the opportunity to connect with and get to know their students well.

Qualities
- Teamleader and collaborator in fostering parent, child and teacher relationships
- Passionate about working with young children
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to effectively manage a team of foreign teachers
- Provide assistance in creating and implementing training workshops with colleagues
- Maintain high standard of ethics and be an example to others
-  Maintain standard kindergarten teacher duties 
Working Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 8:15am – 4:30pm;
- 2 hours of lunch break (12:00 pm - 2:00 pm)
- Work Location: Huangpu District ,Shanghai

Requirements
- Native English speaker
-Bachelor Degree (Early Childhood Development/Education majors preferred)
- TESOL, TEFL or CELTA certificate
- 2 years minimum kindergarten experience (management level preferred)
- Clear criminal background check 
Salary and Benefits:
- 30,000 RMB monthly package (housing allowance included)
