China Visa Application: You don't need Health Declaration Form

According to newly adjusted visa policy, as of today, all Chinese visa applicants shall be exempt from submission of Health Declaration Form for Visa Application when applying for Chinese visas.

In addition, holders of foreign ordinary passports who are exempt from Chinese visa requirements shall not be required to present Health Declaration Form as well.
