Job Description&Main Responsibilities

1.  Administer the curriculum and lead children’s classroom and outdoor activities

2.Record and assess children’s physical,cognitive, social and emotional progress

3.  Maintain daily communication with families

4.  Decorate the classroom environment to meet program goals

5.  Support marketing events and teacher training when necessary

Qualifications

1.English speakers from USA/UK/Canada/AUS/NZ/Ireland/SA,aged 23-45;

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher got in the countries above

3.Excellent speaking and writingproficiency in English

4.Bachelor degree or above, major ineducation preferred

5.2+ years of full-time teachingexperience OR teaching certification (e.g.,TEFL/TESOL, PGCE/State TeachingLicense), experience at kindergartens preferred

Compensation & Benefits

1. Monthly Salary after tax: 25K at least negotiablebased on qualifications&experience

1. Basic salary starts from CNY 15,000-28,000/month, depending on the candidate's capabilities and working experience.
2.  Salary could be increased by up to CNY 1500 every school year according to seasonal evaluation and assessment
3.  Coaches will have the opportunities to further develop their professional skills in the field by joining the oversea exchange trip

Accommodation & Flight Ticket
1. The accommodation and annual flight reimbursement will be arranged and covered by the institution
