Job Description &Responsibilities

1. Position: Homeroom Lead Teacher

The Homeroom Lead teacher is responsible for the planning of a learner centered learning program meeting the objectives of the school English Immersion curricula. The teacher will deliver the learning program with the aid of one or two English-speaking teaching assistants and(or) daily life teachers.

2. Reports to: Campus Principal; Supervises: Teaching Assistants and(or) Daily LifeTeachers

3. Hours: 40 hours a week (occasional school event or training on weekend inaddition)

4. Salary and Benefits: Monthly salary, Chinese public holidays, and insurance

Requirements:

1. Candidates from US/UK/AUS/CAN/NZ/Ireland/SA, aged 20-55

2. Bachelor's degree or higher (Preferably majored in Early Childhood education)

3. Three to four years post degree experience

4. English Speaker with goodspoken and written communication skills ü Critical, creative thinking,imaginative and resourceful

5. Self-motivated andinspired with a passion for holistic education

6. Professional,well-spoken and well-presented

7. Persuasive and Problem solver

OUR PACKAGE

Shenzhen/TC: 19K-25K/FT English Teachers WantedJob Job Description:
Location:Shenzhen. Guangdong Province (Luohu District, Longgang District, Longhua Distric )
Office hours: up to 40 hours per week including up to 24 teaching hours (teaching hours included)
Lesson duration: 45 - 55 minutes
Class size: 4 - 13 students
Student’s age: 4 - 17
Salary: 19 K - 25K before tax
Paid Annual leave: 10 days
Contracts Length: 1 year
End of contract year bonus: Full month basic salary

Requirements:
Candidates from US/UK/AUS/CAN/NZ/Ireland/SA, aged 20-55

Bachelor's degree or above;
TEFL / TESOL certificate (Minimum of 120 hrs)
1 year or more teaching experience is preferred.
