Job Description

Work Time: Mon-Fir 8:00-16.30, Weekends and 2-week winter&summer holiday

1. According to the theme of the inquiry unit, combined with the English teaching content, formulate the semester plan and stage assessment content.

2. Implement the IBPYP inquiry course with the Chinese teacher and be responsible for the accumulation of process inquiry materials for young children.

3. Actively participate in collaborative planner meetings, school meetings, and related education training and workshops.

4. Actively pay attention to children's English expression ability, and provide personalized feedback and communication with parents on a regular basis through weekly communication books, monthly assessments and daily observations.

5. Responsible for the design and implementation of Western festivals and individual events with foreign teacher teams; at the same time, actively participate in and support other activities to help create a good Chinese and Western multicultural campus culture.

6. To assist the school in carrying out activities such as public activities and extended classes.

7. Participate in online and offline admissions activities as needed, and assist in arranging exams and maintaining freshmen.

8. Assist class teachers to strengthen class safety and child care.

9. As a kindergarten teacher, participate in all aspects of the day activity and create an English-immersive environment.

10. Complete the tasks assigned by the leaders, andactively support the other work carried out by the school.

Requirements

2. Bachelor degree and above, understand early childhood psychology and early childhood teaching methods, one of the following major related: Pre-education, Music, P.E., Drama, Dancing

3. Priority will be given to those with at least 2 years of course-related teaching experience or worked as kindergarten teacher.

Salary and Benefits

1. Basic salary standard 23,000-30,000 before tax

2. Annual bonus: 1 month salary adjusts to appraisal

Ø  Excepting a demo class video, an interviewer may be asked to host our students for a live lesson
 
Job Duties
1: Be Punctual for classes
2: You shall have lessons plans, prepare teaching materials before classes and complete class as scheduled
