About us

Our school, located in Business Development Area, Beijing, is composed of Kindergarten, Primary School, Middle School andHigh School (K-12). We have been operating since the year 2005. Currently,there are 2565 enrolled students from 16 countries and 78 full-time foreignteachers from different countries.

Our school currently covers an area of 26,800 square meters and the school building covers an area of 20,097 square meters. There are more than 200 faculty members, including 55 foreignteachers. There are 1,380 students and 58 classes in Chinese track and Englishtrack with students coming from 19 different countries and regions.As we expand into more classes, we continue to hire qualified staff throughout the year.

OUR PACKAGE

1.  Salary/month:22K-30K before tax, negotiable basedon qualifications and working experience.

2.  Housing allowance: RMB 3,000/month for single employees; RMB5,000-6000/month for Married couple

3.  Home Visit Travel allowance:  Additional 12,000 RMB/ year to subsidize fortravel, Paid 1,000 RMB monthly

4.  Flight Reimbursement for teachers overseas: One round trip ticket for employee and each familymember. One‐time only per family (under 18 years old dependents).

5.  Health Insurance: MSH global insurance, all family members covered.

6.  Relocation Allowance: One-off payment only per employee/family if both employed.

7.Responsibility Stipend (Duty Allowance): 1,200RMB-2,000RMB per month depending on the positions.DA will only be paid out in 10 months (when the school is in session)

8.  Holidays: 100% paid winter,summerand public holidays (including pandemic period online teaching)

9.  Children's School Tuition:Free or 70% discount

Standard Qualifications:

1. Candidates from US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, aged less than 50.
2.Bachelor degree or above, majored in education preferred

3. 2 years or more full-time teaching experience in subjects relatedand hold TEFL/TESOL /other teaching Certificates preferred.

4. Preferred: those in China Holding valid Z visa and can be transferred.

Position 1 Kindergarten English Teacher

Arriving time: ASAP preferred

Provide instruction and ESL teaching to young kindergarten students.

JobDuties for Teaching &Learning

1.Teach an average of 20 periods per week

2.      Work with students at age 3~6

3.      Workon curriculum development, which includes preparing effective diverse lessonunits based on the kindergarten’s curriculum formats

4.      Collaboratewith age level teachers

5.      Designauthentic assessments and measure their effectiveness in meeting curriculargoals

7.      Maintainand update timely student records including grading (homework, evaluationbooks, progress reports, report cards, student attendance, and other requireddocuments)

8.      Workclosely with parents/homeroom teachers through providing feedback on progress,answering questions, and being an educational partner where possible

9.      Proactivelymeet and communicate with parents/homeroom teachers, students and otherteachers when necessary to develop interventions for students with academic,emotional/behavioral or other needs

10.   Serveas a substitute teacher when needed

Educationand Work Experience Requirements

1.    Bachelor’s degree or above is required

2.    Evidence of current relevant professional development preferred

3.    Valid 120 hours TESL certificate

Job Description

It teaches the study skills and habits essential for a western style of education.   The analytical and writing skills that students develop in our English courses prepare them for success in Western universities.  Advanced Placement courses provide college level challenge to students who are academically prepared.

• Facilitate intensive academic vocabulary development.

• Teach students about the structure and content of the English language, including proper grammar, writing structure, and rhetorical devices.
