美国乡村音乐界的一位天才小歌手Billy Gilman 比利吉尔曼，比利未上学前就很会唱歌，七岁时已有舞台表演的经验，十一岁时推出单曲唱片，成为告示牌杂志史上进入乡村音乐榜最年轻的艺人。2000年，年仅十二岁的小比利推出首张个人专辑"One  voice 一个声音"。在圣诞前夕，小比利发行別具意义的圣诞专辑"最爱圣诞精选Classic Christmas"，再度缔造Billboard乡村专辑榜Top5佳绩，而这首《There's A New Kid In Town》就是当中的一首歌曲。
