本句型是典型的分析问题后提出解决办法的句型，既可以用于议论文、说明文、图表文，也可以用于书信中。recommend意为“建议;推荐”。

如:

A big breakfast and a small dinner is better for our bodies and nutritionists recommend it.

丰盛的早餐和简单的晚餐对身体有利，这是营养师的建议。

本句型中的recommend一词可以替换为suggest(建议)，put forward the idea(提出想法)，put up for discussion(提出以便讨论)等。
