Our client, a foreign invested healthcare company is looking for a legal counsel based in Shanghai. This role will provide the legal support for M&A transaction and the business daily operation, report to the legal director. The budget is up to RMB 700k. 

Requirements:

• with minimum 5 years’ legal practice experience in the law firm and/or company;

• Legal practice experience in M&A or healthcare industry  is preferred;

• English working proficiency is required;
