Our Client, a USD fund  is looking for a legal manager based in Beijing, covering fund investment matters, reporting to the Legal Head based in China. This role will provide legal service to day-to-day business as well as investment transactions. The budget is up to RMB 800k. 

Requirements:

• with 4-6 years’ legal practice experience in the reputable USD fund and/or international law firms;

• High level English working proficiency is required;

• Oversea education background/legal practice experience is a plus.
