Our Client, an MNC of manufacture industry is looking for a senior legal counsel based in Shanghai, reporting to the legal head China. This role will take care of general corporate matters of the company in China. The budget is up to RMB 1.3m. 

Requirements:

• with minimum 8 years' legal practice experience from the reputable firm or MNC;
• Degree from top law schools in PRC;
• Excellent English working proficiency is required;
