Our client, a renowned MNC in FMCG industry, is seeking a data head based in Shanghai. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide legal support for data privacy matters arising from the daily business operations, by leading a team. This counsel will report directly to the VP. The budget is up to RMB 1 million.

Requirements:

• with at least 10 years’ working experience in the law firm and/or MNC;

• Experience in data privacy is a must;

• English working ability is required;
