HR-Talent Acquisition Intern


Purpose/Key Responsibilities


Responsible for TA related work: Recruitment for junior positions, duplicate checking, contract management and Onboarding support.
  • Recruitment: Job posting, resume screening, HR round interview and other arrangement.

  • TA related: Duplicate checking, onboarding notice, contract management, reference check

  • Report and Analysis on recruitment status

  • Intern Management and engagement Project

  • Others: event/engagement support, ad-hoc support for HR team


Ideal Competencies & Background

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource/ English or other related major

  • Good communication skill and English skill (both writing and oral) CET-6 or above

  • Have HR or HH related internship experience is preferred

  • 4-5 days/week for 3 months


HRBP Intern

Purpose/Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBP in daily operational tasks,e.g. people data management and analysis, preparation for HR projects,etc.

  • Coordinate with different functions(admin, Finance, IT, etc.) to facilitate the HR process

  • Writing report and data analysis 

  • Assist HRBP team on other assigned work

Ideal Competencies & Background

  • Available for 6 months internship, at least 3 days perweek

  • Eager to be HR professional aftergraduation

  • With strength in logic thinking and beself-motivated

  • Excellent language skills in English (written and oral)

  • Good MS offices.


HR Data Analysis Intern


Purpose/Key Responsibilities


Need to help analyze recruitment data, refine key insights, issues and propose feasible solutions.

  • Work closely with senior HR and business leaders (director and above)

  • Some of your valuable ideas based on data can really put into effect in real business simulation


Legal Intern


 Purpose/Key Responsibilities

  • Legal research;

  • Translation of legal documents;

  • Assist company contracts and documents management; Assist and provide coverage for other supporting works as needed


 Ideal Competencies & Background

  • Major in law

  • Passed CET6;

  • Fluent reading and speaking in both Chinese and English;

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;

  • Strong sense of responsibility

  • Internship time:

  • Long-term internship (more than 3 months), at least 4 days on duty per week


HR learning intern(偏Digital)


 Purpose/Key Responsibilities

  • 作为培训团队一员,参与推广和组织达能大中华区培训项目

  • 培训相关组织工作(发送培训邀请函,准备培训物料,整理培训记录和评估表,撰写培训回顾)

  • 撰写培训项目相关文案,以及培训公众号维护和推广

  • 设计培训用到的海报和图片


 Ideal Competencies & Background

  • 积极主动,处事灵活,具备突出的沟通协调能力、执行力和高度的工作热情

  • 学习能力强,有责任心,做事靠谱!

  • 有文案编辑、新媒体运营、PS、视频制作等技能者优先

  • 良好的英文读写能力,能流利用英语进行邮件往来和日常口头交流

  • 一周到岗3天及以上,可以持续4~6个月,需尽快到岗
