活动报名 | 可持续发展投资者伙伴实践室第1期：芬兰社会影响力债券的应用

在1月9日由《财经》主办、由社会价值投资联盟（简称“社投盟”）研究支持、由华夏基金战略合作的“可持续发展金融峰会暨《财经》长青奖典礼”上，来自金融、实业、学术界的先行实践者们聚焦可持续发展议题，就企业如何从ESG投资、可持续发展的生态和路径以及如何践行可持续发展等方面进行了深入探讨。

在峰会现场，社投盟秘书长白虹女士介绍了由社投盟牵头研发的的社会价值评估模型，它以回归价值为核心、以推动可持续发展为目标，将上市企业在经济、社会和环境的综合贡献进行量化评估，并以此编制了社会价值股票指数（义利99指数）并在WIND金融数据终端发布了上市公司社会价值评级。

同时，现场也发布了《发现中国“义利99”——A股上市公司社会价值评估报告（2018）》。（关注本公众号了解更多）

At the Sustainable Development Finance Summit 2019 initiated by Caijing Magazine, China Alliance of Social Value Investment  (CASVI) and China AMC, leading practitioners from finance, industry, academia have an indepth discussion on ESG investment, the ecology and approach of sustainable development and practicing sustainable development. 

Secretary General Angela Bai has introduced Social Value Assessment Model developed by CASVI at the Summit. The Model centers on back-to-value and aims to promote sustainable development. By using quantative method to assess the comprehensive performance in economy, society and environment, CASVI has constructed Social Value Index (SV99 Index) and released listed company social value rating on WIND online financial data terminal.

正如华夏基金总经理李一梅女士在会上提到的，应该让更多的投资者了解、认识与学习可持续发展为导向的投资，包括绿色金融、普惠金融、ESG、影响力投资、社会价值投资等。

为推动中国可持续发展投资的非营利性行业平台，2019年社投盟将开展一系列“可持续发展投资者伙伴实践室”活动，支持有意探索可持续发展投资实践的个人和机构，将义利并举的理念与投资实践相结合。

As is mentioned by Ms. Li Yimei, General Manager of China AMC, it is a must to let more investor know, understand and learn sustainable development investment including green finance, inclusive finance, ESG investing, impact investment, social value investment etc. CASVI, an international non-profit platform in promoting China's sustainable development investment, will launch a series event themed in "Sustainable Development Investor Fellowship Lab" to support the individuals and institutions interested in exploring sustainable development by integrating the investment practice with the concept of doing good and doing well.

Mika Pyykkö 芬兰国家研发基金(Sitra)项目总监

Mika Pyykkö 是现任Sitra的影响力投资开发业务负责人，芬兰影响力投资实践目前重点关注社会影响力债券。同时，Mika也是GSG（全球影响力投资指导委员会）芬兰NAB（国家咨询委员会）秘书长。

Mika Pyykkö is the project director of the Finnish National Research and Development Fund (Sitra) and has rich experience in social impact bonds. Mika is also the secretary of the GSG (Global Impact Investment Steering Committee) Finland NAB (National Advisory Board).

在过去的四年中，Sitra非常关注社会效益以及基于这种效益的社会影响力债券模型。芬兰政府的预算存在巨大的可持续性缺口，大多数城市都在为财政问题而苦苦挣扎。正因为如此，许多促进和预防增进福祉的可能性并没有得到充分利用。基于Sitra的工作，目前有6个SIB(社会影响力债券)和1个EIB项目(环境影响力主题债券)正在进行或即将启动。同时芬兰正在筹备发展影响力投资。

In the past four years, Sitra has been focusing on social benefits and the social impact bond model to maximise the outcome of social benefits. There is a huge gap in Finnish government's budget and many cities are struggling financially. Thus many possible interventions and creations of social benefits were not utilised. With Sitra's work, there are currently 6 social impact bonds and 1 environmental impact bond being deployed or is about to. Finland is also planning to expand into impact investment.

白虹女士拥有23年金融从业经验，先后担任中国工商银行韩国副总经理兼釜山分行行长，万事达卡国际组织副总裁、全球大客户管理轮值主席，FEXCO国际商务北亚负责人以及汉德产业促进资本董事总经理等职务。白虹女士系美国西北大学凯洛格商学院和香港科技大学联合培养的高管工商管理硕士，在韩国高丽大学获经济硕士，在中国人民大学获法学学士。

Ms. Angela BAI has 23 years of experience in global financial market sector. She received MBA at Kellogg Business School of Northwestern University and HKUST, Master in Economics at Korea University and Bachelor degree in Law from RUC.
