4月21日和22日，2018英菲尼迪斯巴达勇士赛将再次登陆上海，在森兰绿地与各位勇士们度过一个丰富的周末。本次赛事新增超级赛，超过13公里的路线以及极具挑战性的障碍设置将给各位勇士带来非凡的赛事体验。本次比赛的赛道由水泥，碎石和泥土等不同特色的路段组成，同时场地还伴有绿茵湖畔，让各位勇士在比赛的过程中领略不同的风景。在勇士部落（主会场区域），我们为各位勇士设置了丰富的互动活动和游戏环节！相信这将是一场充满挑战和乐趣的比赛。勇士们，我们赛场见！Aroo！
On 4.21 and 4.22, the 2018 Spartan Race presented by INFINITI will be in Shanghai again and we will have a great Spartan weekend with you at Sunland Greenland. This time we will have a Super in Shanghai which is over 13km with the special Super obstacles.We believe it will give you an extraordinary race experience. The course is full of mud, rocks and some pavement. Besides, there will be a Great Lake view for everyone to enjoy during the race. At the same time, we will have lots of interactive game sections at the festival area. It will be so much fun and challenging. See you on race day. Aroo!
公共交通/PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION：
地铁：
乘地铁六号线至洲海路站，1出口出。请沿着组委会设置的指引提示，进入赛事主会场（步行约900米）。
SUBWAY:
Taking the subway line 6 to Zhouhailu station and go out of exit1. Then following the guide to get to the Spartan Tribe. (about 900 meters)
自驾停车场（车位有限，建议公共交通出行）：
GPS导航至上海市森兰国际，请根据现场工作人员指示及指引牌到达停车场。出停车场后，步行通过兰谷路与洲海路交叉口，前往勇士部落。步行距离约600米。
DRIVE(Parking lot is limited, please take public transportation to get to the venue):
Using GPS navigate to Sunland Greenland and following the please instructions to the parking lot. Please walking to the intersection of Langu Road and Chau Hai Road, and following the instructions to the Spartan Tribe (about 600 meters).
出租车下客点：
乘坐出租车前往比赛场地的选手，请您注意切勿在洲海路和兰谷路交叉口下车，以免造成交通拥堵。请将车辆导航至停车场方向的兰谷路下车，步行至赛事主会场。步行距离约600米。
CAR RIDE:
Using GPS to navigate to the Parking lot and following the instructions to walk to the Spartan tribe. To avoid the traffic jam, please do not get off at the intersection of Langu Road and Chau Hai Road.
*入场时请向安保人员出示报名成功邮件或短信，以便顺利进入赛场。
*Please show security guard your registration success email or text message to enter the race venue.
遵从这些赛前说明，确保在比赛日能够快速通过注册：
参赛者的出发时间将在赛前通过邮件和短信公布，请留意您的注册邮箱及手机短信。
在邮件中点击下载「参赛指南」并仔细阅读指南中的内容。
在邮件中点击下载「免责声明」。
填写「免责声明」，连同有效身份证明一同带往比赛场地。
每个参赛者必须签署「免责声明」，并出示有效身份证件。
注：报名时购买套餐，并选择现场领取的选手，请携带您的身份证到特许商品售卖区进行领取。
Following the instructions, you will register quickly on the race day:
Your start time will be announced before the race by e-mail and text message.
Download and Read this「Race Guide」carefully.
Download Race「Wavier」 and print it out.
Sign the Waiver and bring it with your ID card onthe race day.
A signed Waiver and your ID card are a MUST to ensure you may race.
NOTE： If you buy merchandise when you signed up the race and select to collect on race day,please bring your ID card to the MERCHANDISE TENT to collect them.
比赛日注册时间/ On-site Registration Time：
4月21日/21st April: 7:00am – 2:30pm
4月22日/22nd April: 7:00am – 11:30am
第一步：带着签署的「免责声明」以及有效身份证明，前往“注册”帐篷。如果您没有「免责声明」，请前往“免责声明”帐篷获取。
Step1: Bring race「waiver」and ID card to the registration area. If you have no 「waiver」, please go to Wavier tent.
第二步：此次比赛将在现场匹配参赛号码，现场任意“注册”帐篷都可进行注册，您可寻找排队较少的“注册”帐篷进行注册。
Step2: Get your bib from Registration tent.
第三步：参赛者在“注册”帐篷递交「免责声明」和有效身份证明给工作人员，在获得参赛信封之前，工作人员将检查「免责声明」是否签署以及身份信息是否准确。
Step3: Racers should hand in signed wavier and ID card to the volunteer. Then they can receive the race bag after volunteer’s check.
第四步：注册成功，您将获得：
赛事号码信封；
带有比赛号码的斯巴达头带（即号码头带），请在比赛时穿戴，便于工作人员、志愿者、摄影师识别您的号码；
带有您开赛时间的腕带，所有参赛者必须在规定的时间开跑。这个腕带将作为您进入起跑区的凭证，也将作为您完赛后进入主会场的入场凭证，请全程穿戴；
计时芯片，使用提供的腕带将芯片绑在手腕上，比赛结束之后请务必交还工作人员；
精英组及年龄段组还将获得专属腕带，比赛时请务必佩戴，以便于工作人员辨识。
Step4:Once the Registration is completed, you will get:
Bib envelope.
Headband with your bib number, i.e. your bib. Please wear it during the race so that our staff, volunteers and photographers can identify your number.
Your wristband with race time, please wear it all the time. ALL RACERS MUST IN EACH ONE'S DESIGNATED START TIME. Please be in the starting area on time.
Timing chip will be tied to the wristband.
Special wristband for racers of elite group and age group. Please wear it during the race so that our staff can identify you.
*具体颁奖时间以比赛当天实际情况为准。
*The specific award time is based on the actual situation on race day.
注：如您是公开组参赛选手，且对自己的出发时间不满意，我们将提供您调整出发时间的机会，您可在赛前收到的邮件或短信中进行更改（请留意您的注册邮箱及手机短信），调整出发时间的截止日期为：2018 年4月17日18:00。
Note: Open group racers are allowed to change your start time. To change start time via emails or messages sending before the race. (please check your registered email or mobile phone messages on time) The deadline for changing start time is 18:00pm on April 17th .
注：请注意您的起跑时间并准时到达起点处，如果您不清楚自己的开赛时间，您可以查询自己的参赛邮件。
NOTE: Please arrive at the starting area on time. If you are not clear about your start time, please check your e-mail and messages.
每一位选手都将获得由中意人寿提供的“中意短期意外保障团体意外伤害保险”及“中意附加短期意外医药补偿团体医疗保险”。
如在参赛过程中，您的孩子感到身体不适或受伤，请及时联系身边的工作人员。
发生保险事故，请立即联络保险公司。

被保险人（出险人）可自行至社保定点公立医院进行就医（建议使用医保卡）。
治疗完成后，需填写中意人寿提供的索赔申请表，并提供相关索赔材料，材料齐全后提交主办方至保险公司进行理赔。

中意人寿收到索赔资料并核实无误后，会在10个工作日内完成理赔流程，再5个工作日内完成转账。
Every participant will have “Group Short Term Accidental Death &Dismemberment Insurance (Plan B)” & “Group Short Term Accidental Medical Reimbursement Insurance Rider” for the race day from Generali China.
If your kids feel uncomfortable during the race day, please contact with us, we will be more than glad to help you.

The one who is insured will be taken to the public hospital which is related with Generali China immediately.
After completion of the treatment, you can take the medical certificate and related documents to Generali China and ask for compensation.

When the accuracy of the documents are checked by Generali China, the insurance company will complete the claim procedures in 10 days and finish the transfer in 5 days.
保险责任：
保险赔付范围是由于参加本次活动造成意外而导致的在社保定点公立医院就医所发生的医疗费用。申请赔付的医疗费用应当为符合当地基本医疗保险诊疗项目、医疗服务设施、用药范围等相关规定的基本医疗保险支付范围内的个人自付部分医疗费用。不包括①医保范围外的医疗费用②医保分类自付③医保统筹非个人自付部分的医疗费用。
INSURANCE LIABILITY
The insurance coverage is the medical cost from the accident during your race day. The application of the compensation should be complied with the local medical insurance and medical treatment project,medical service facilities, medication scope and related regulations.Exclude: External medical expenseso f medical insurance, self-payment for medical insurance classification,medical insurance co-ordinating non-personal out-of-pocket expenses for medical expenses.
赛道沿途设有4个水站提供饮用水，终点有一个水站提供饮用水，赛事补给充足，参赛者也可以自行准备补给品，但需全程携带通过障碍，且参赛者禁止在赛道途中接受除赛事方以外的第三方的补给。
Four water stations are along the course serving pure water. One water station is in the finish area. Supplies are abundant, and you can also bring your own supplies. Racers are prohibited from accepting other supplies that not provided by organizer on the course.
注册成功后，您将获得一个计时芯片和一个腕带来记录您的时间和成绩，计时芯片一定要系在手腕上记录完赛时间。完赛后请在终点处将计时芯片交回。完赛时间可以在现场的赛事成绩帐篷处查询，也会尽快在斯巴达勇士赛官方微信（ID：spartanracechina）等平台公布。
You will receive a timing chip and wristband to record your time and results. Timing chip must be fastened around your wrist in order to record your finish time precisely. After the race, you need to return the timing chip.You can check it on RESULT TENT or on the official Wechat (ID：spartanracechina).
比赛现场提供现场报名专属通道，报名价格以当日价格为准。
Race Day Registration is allowed, and the rate will reflect the current pricing.
观众不售票入场，比赛当日会设置专属的观众入口。
携带儿童的观众或参赛者，请务必管理好自己的孩子。
独特的观众视角可以看到部分障碍物通过情况，观众只允许在主会场内为您支持的勇士拍照，禁止进入赛道区域。
Spectators are free to enter the race venue.
Please take care of your own kids if you take them to the race.
Spectators are only allowed to take photos for the athlete on the SPARTAN TRIBE (festival area), and prohibited from entering the course.
我们会在现场提供售卖的餐饮服务，请携带一些现金。
Food and drinks are available on site. You may pay by cash, Wechat or Alipay.
现场提供存包服务，如果您计划存包，我们会将您的头带号码写到一张贴纸上，并贴在存包上以示区别，完赛后您要出示您的头带来拿回您的包。存包处将在早上6:30左右开放并在最后一个参赛者取完包后关闭。
Bag check service is provided on-site, please show the staff your bib and get the wristband which only used for bag check. When you finish the race, please show the wristband and fetch your bag back. Bagcheck service will open at 6:30am until the last participant fetch his/her bag.
比赛现场会设置淋浴区，请携带换洗衣物以及毛巾。为保证全部参赛勇士都能享受到冲淋的服务，请每位勇士将自己的冲淋时间控制在5分钟以内。为保证场地及水源不被污染，请勇士们不要使用任何化学沐浴产品，包括但不限于洗发液、洗面奶、沐浴液等。
Shower service is provided on-site, please bring your own towel and changing clothes. In order to ensure all members have the opportunity to take shower，please do not occupy the hose for more than 5 minutes. For the protection of the river and water source, please do not bring and use any chemical products, including shampoo, facial cleanser etc.
完赛后，您将获得斯巴达勇士赛完赛奖牌、完赛T恤、香蕉等完赛物品。
You will get Finisher Medal, Finisher T-shirt, banana ect.
我们将会在现场售卖为赛事特别定制的特许商品，包括各式服装、手机壳等，欢迎选购。现场支持微信、支付宝及现金支付。
注：如果你在报名时购买了套餐并选择现场领取，请携带您的身份证前往特许商品帐篷领取您的物品。
Spartan merchandise will be for sale onsite. The merchandises are customized for the race, including various clothes and cases for iphone. You can pay via WeChat, Alipay and Cash. Welcome to select!
NOTE: If you buy merchandise when you signed up the raceand select to collect on race day, please bring your ID card to the Merchandise Tent to collect them.
精英组男女前三名将会获得奖金，颁奖仪式将在12:00左右举行。

我们在障碍中及完赛后安排了摄影团队来抓拍每个人过障碍及完赛后的精彩瞬间。您可在官方微信平台（ID：SpartanRaceChina）实时查询并下载自己的参赛照片。
Photographers will be settled along the course and the post-race victory photo tent. Please find and download your photos on Spartan Official Wechat Account (Wecht ID: SpartanRaceChina).

所有儿童在任何时候都需要有成年人陪同。当您在比赛时，儿童无人照顾，您将被请出赛道并要求离开。
比赛场地内不允许随意搭建帐篷。
不允许携带冷藏箱、玻璃瓶以及公安、安保部门明确规定的管制物品等，赛事将设置安检门和金属探测仪，以确保参与者未携带危险物品。
如果您要使用移动摄像机或其他电子设备，请把您的姓名和联系方式贴在上面，如果在赛道上丢失了，这是我们帮您找到的唯一办法。
赛前请保证充足睡眠，认真对待斯巴达勇士赛。
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. LEAVING YOUR CHILD UNATTEDED WHILE YOU AER RACING WILL RESULT IN BEING PULLED OFF THE COURSEAND ASKED TO LEAVE.
No pop-up tents are allowed in the festival area.
No coolers or glass bottles allowed on property. Security staff will check for them as you enter.
Please leave a sticker with your name and phone number on your camera or other electronic equipment. This is the ONLY way to find them if you lose you requipment on the course.
Get a good night’s sleep. Spartan race is not a joke...
在恶劣的天气如闪电、龙卷风事件、飓风等，为了保证参赛者、志愿者和工作人员的安全，斯巴达勇士赛方面保留消除障碍，选择部分线路或取消活动的权力。天气总是难以预测的，需要提早准备，来应对寒冷的清晨，晚上的低温，以及可能到来的暴风雨。
In conditions of lighting, tornado and hurricane, Spartan Race reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the Event due to weather conditions that might affect the health and/or safety of participants, staff and volunteers. Weather is changeable, so we will have precautions inadvance so as to deal with the cold morning, scorching afternoon, and possible storm.
