220g of organic T2 whole-wheat flour 220g有机T2全麦面粉
30g of organic buckwheat flour 30g有机荞麦粉
3gr of natural yeast 3g天然酵母
125gr of water 125g水
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 2大匙特级初榨橄榄油
1 teaspoon of rice or barley malt 1茶匙大米/麦芽精
a little bit of sea salt 一小撮海盐
1 tablespoon of minced rosemary 1大匙切碎迷迭香

Tips: “Arcobaleno In Cucina” VeganKitchen use organic flour mix and natural yeast from "Antico Molino Rosso”as their materials. You can substitute them with normal whole wheat flour and natural yeast if you don't have them while baking.

1- In a large bowl put the whole-wheatflour, buckwheat flour, natural yeast and add the chopped rosemary and salt.
在一个大碗中加入全麦面粉、荞麦粉、天然酵母、切碎的迷迭香和盐。
2- Then add water, extra virginolive oil, malt. Mix well with your hands and then on the work surface. Placein the bowl covered with foil and leave to rise for an hour.

3- After this time, take the doughand make a slightly elongated loaf shape. Lightly grease the surface with alittle sunflower oil. Cut lengthwise slices of about 1 cm and then, from eachslice cut the breadsticks about a cm thick.

4- Pour each breadstick into thedurum wheat semolina you have sprinkled in a corner on the work surface.

5- Put the bread sticks on abaking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cook in the oven at 200 ℃ for about 20 minutes.
