例：The teacher walked up and down between the rows of desks.

Among (or amongst ) 表示在作为一个整体的至少三个人或者事物中间。

例：I eventually found that letter among a pile of old letters.

×: Between all the magazines on the shelves, only one was of any interest.

√: Among all the magazines on the shelves, only one was of any interest.

×: He wandered silently between the passengers on the boat.

②注意：between ... and/from ... to ( × between ... to ).

×: Children between three to five go to kindergarten.

让我们放到语境里来一探究竟：
There is a question about his loyalty to the company.
句子里的question代表我们并不知道他对公司是否忠诚，我们只是想知道到底忠诚与否；
There is a problem about his loyalty to the company.
句子里的problem代表他确实对公司不忠诚。
再比如，我们因为解不开一道数学难题，拿着这道问题去问老师。这道题是question; 家里的下水道堵了，还返臭味。这可是个problem! 要赶快解决！
