2018年中国学者在SSCI公共管理与政策期刊发表了几篇论文？

2018年中国学者在核心SSCI期刊上发表文章的情况如何，同之前相比有什么变化？对于Web of Science上公共管理领域排名前47位的SSCI期刊上发表的中国研究进行统计，得到如下统计结果：

相对于之前年份，2018年中国学者发表的SSCI文章总数有所减少，以2015年-2017年的均值为参照，文章总数由80篇减少至58篇。这其中，中国学者独立发表的文章数量较少，多为与外国学者共同发表。

在47本期刊当中，中国学者发表文章数量最多的期刊为Climate Policy，总数为13篇，这本期刊在47本期刊当中排名第四，质量较高。其次，在International Review of Administrative Sciences和Public Money & Management上发表的中国研究数量并列排名第二，为4篇，这两本期刊分别关注行政科学和公共财政相关研究。

在排名前三的期刊Public Administration Review, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Governance-an International Journal of Policy Administration and institutions中，中国学者均有发表研究。其中，浙江大学和中山大学的学者发表2篇，数量最多。浙江大学的苗青教授发表一篇研究。
