中国是世界上鸟类资源最多的国家之一，多样的自然生态系统类型孕育着千姿百态的鸟类。丰富的鸟类资源是大自然留给我们的珍贵自然遗产，在赏万鸟云集，品自然生命美丽神奇的同时，要保护好鸟类资源。“爱鸟周”科普宣传活动起于1982年，通过“爱鸟周”科普宣传活动，参与鸟类保护当中，亲近自然、了解自然。

Appreciating birds

There are 1445 species of birds in China, accounting for about one-sixth of the total number of bird species in the world. 82 national nature reserves have been established for bird protection.

In 1982, an annual campaign was launched to shine a light on the natural ecosystems that shelter birds and the abundant bird resources of China. It shows appreciation of the beauty of birds and their precious role in China’s natural heritage.
