英式麦芬三明治配牛柳芝士
English muffin sandwich with beef tenderloin and cheese
制作步骤
1. Spread softened butter on the English muffin.
英式麦芬面包抹上软黄油。
2. Put a piece of Emmental cheese on the bread, bake in the oven 220 degree for 8mins until it becomes brown on the top.
放上一片大孔芝士在面包上,入烤箱,220度烤至金黄上色。
3.Prepare the beef tenderloin, and portion it, Don't cut it too thick. Seasoning the beef tenderloin. Grill it for 1min each side.
好牛柳,分切至合适大小及厚度。黑胡椒盐腌制牛柳,在扒炉两面各扒一分钟。
4. Put Parma ham on the baked bread, slice the tenderloin and put on the Parma ham, then the pea shoots.
芝士面包上放上意大利火腿片,再放上切好的牛柳,放些许豌豆苗。
5. One spoon of aioli mayonnaise on the bread, to topping the sandwich.
最后放一勺蒜蓉蛋黄酱在另一片面包上,合上完成三明治。

Strawberries & Kiwi Smoothie
食材(2人份)
水果Fruit
草莓Strawberries 200g
猕猴桃Kiwi 2个
蓝莓Blueberries 50g
乳制品 Dairy product
牛奶Milk 50m
酸奶Yogurt 150ml
冰块Ice 2杯
草莓草莓中富含丰富的胡萝卜素与维生素A,可缓解夜盲症,具有维护上皮组织健康、明目养肝,促进生长发育之效。
奇异果含有丰富的维生素C、维生素A、维生素E以及钾、镁、纤维素之外,还含有其他水果比较少见的营养成分——叶酸、胡萝卜素、钙、黄体素、氨基酸、天然肌醇。
蓝莓果实味道鲜美,含有大量对人体健康有益的物质。除了含有常规的糖、酸外,还含有丰富的抗氧化成分,如维生素C、维生素E、维生素A和B-胡萝卜素等。
制作步骤
1.Wash the strawberries and blueberries, and soak them in salt water for 10 minutes to remove pesticide residues.
先将草莓和蓝莓洗净,放入盐水中浸泡10分钟,将农药残留去除。
2.Peeling the kiwi fruit, cut into small pieces and put them in a container. After removing the leaves from the strawberries, cut them in half.
猕猴桃去皮后,切成小块,放入容器中备用。将草莓去除叶叶子后,切半备用。
3.Put milk, yogurt, kiwi, strawberry, blueberry, and ice cubes into the blender, turn on the blender for 30 seconds, and fuse all ingredients into a smoothie.
依次将牛奶,酸奶,奇异果,草莓,蓝莓和冰块,倒入搅拌器的容器中,打开搅拌机30秒,将所有食材融合,成为果昔
4.Finally pour the smoothie into the glass.
最后将果昔倒入杯中即可。
