About CREDAWARD
由地建师|DJSER.com号召并发起的CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国筹建于2013年，创办于2014年，作为首个中国地产行业的国际性设计大奖，通过地产的角度评选设计，通过设计的视角甄选代表地产行业风向标的优秀项目，并予以行业表彰与推广。
China Real Estate Design Award (CREDAWARD) was initiated by DJSER.com in 2013, and formally founded in 2014 as the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry. CREDAWARD is dedicated to judge the design works from the perspective of real estate and find out the excellent projects that can be seen as the bellwethers for the real estate industry from the design perspective, and give industry recognition and promotion to them.
经过多年的积累与发展，奖项因其高质量的评委阵容、严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业誉为“最难获得的大奖”之一。
After years of accumulation and development, CREDAWARD has been praised by the industry as one of the most difficult to win awards for its high-quality judging panel, rigorous judging process, open selection mechanism and strict award-winning mechanism.

We took part in real property award in 2016 and 2017, luckily we won the gold prize in both events: soho Bund in 2016 and Caihejing 3 cubes in 2017. The award gave a good opportunity for architects, landscape architects and interior architects to communicate and learn from each other. We wish you more and more successful for the future.

玳尔设计连续2年来到地产设计大奖·中国的平台，亲历奖项现场，见证内地欣欣向荣的设计市场，以及有这一群兢兢业业在为行业做贡献的组织与评委团，让我们对内地市场感到希望。
台湾设计师的室内设计案虽然不大，但是够精致，且有故事性；内地的地产案大，气势磅礴，两者若能相互交流，取长补短，想必能激荡出惊世未来。
今年，我将携台湾设计师团，共同来参与第5届地产设计大奖·中国，希望台湾项目能获得评委团的青睐。
Dial Design has attended the China Real Estate Design Award for two years in a row, not only witnessed the award ceremony, but also the thriving design industry in China market. We see the hope and future in these dedicated designer organizations and juries of the industry in China.
Although the cases of Taiwanese interior designers operated are not in a large scale, it is exquisite enough for story-telling. On the other hand, there are huge-scaledcases in the Mainland that are also majestic. If both of us can communicate with each other, learning every experience together, I believe the future will surely splendid.
I will be leading Taiwanese designer group to participate in the 5th China Real Estate Design Award this year, wishing projects of Taiwanese market can achieve a good result.
