CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国”始于2014年, 由地建师®|DJSER.com号召并发起，中国TOP50强开发商总建筑师及海外开发商设计总负责人联袂组成豪华地产评委阵容，邢同和老师担任大奖评委会主席。首创以地产的角度评选设计，CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国”一直是地产设计业界的行业标杆。

2018-2019第五届“地产设计大奖·中国”（简称：CREDAWARD）共收到323家海内外知名机构提交的1117份参赛作品。最终，在评委团严格的作品初审中，198家公司425份作品入围本届大奖。2019年4月27日，地产界、设计界精英近1,000人参于当日在上海浦东嘉里大酒店召开的行业盛宴。

2019年，第六届CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国“作品申报将于2019年9月1日正式开始，在此组委会代表全体评委感谢所有参与机构的大力支持。

近期，行业内屡现各种名目的地产设计奖项，意图混淆CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国”，给申报单位带来了困扰。本律师代表CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国”奖项组委会声明：

1. CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国” 从未更名。

2. CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国” 由 地建师® 主办，请认准 地建师®。

3. CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国” 标识如下图：

4. 对任何企图以相似名称混淆CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国”的单位、个人或社会团体，CREDAWARD“地产设计大奖·中国”奖项组委会将保留追究其民事责任乃至刑事责任的权利。

Lawyer Statement

Entrusted by the CREDAWARD “China Real Estate & Design Award” Organizing Committee, the lawyer explained the relevant situation of CREDAWARD “China Real Estate & Design Award” as follows:

CREDAWARD “China Real Estate & Design Award” was initiated in 2014 which was organized by DJSER.com. The chairman of the judges is Mr. Xing Tonghe while the chief architects of China Top 50 Real Estate Developers and design managers of overseas famous developers spontaneously form the judges of CREDAWARD. It was the first to select the design from the perspective of real estate, and has been the benchmark for the real estate design industry.

5th CREDAWARD have totally received 1117 projects representing the industry from 323 companies, and finally there are 425 excellent projects form198 companies shortlisted after the strict preliminary review. On April 27, 2019, nearly 1,000 real estate and design elites participated in the award gala held at the Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai.

The official application of the 6th CREDAWARD will start on September 1st  2019.

On behalf of all the judges, the Organizing Committee thanks all the participating organizations for your strong support.

Recently, there are various real estate design awards in the industry which try to mislead the participating companies with the similar name. The Lawyer Statement of CREDAWARD Organizing Committee as follows:  

1. CREDAWARD (China Real Estate & Design Award) has never changed the name.

2. CREDAWARD (China Real Estate & Design Award) is hold by DJSER.com®. 

3. The logo of CREDAWARD is shown above.

4.The Organizing Committee of CREDAWARD “China Real Estate & Design Award” will reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal liability for any entity, individual or organization who tries to mislead the public with a similar award name.
