阿那亚黄金海岸社区——阿那亚风情小镇

Anaya Gold Coast Community—The Town

业主/ 秦皇岛天行九州旅游置业开发有限公司建筑/ Verse Design建言建筑地点/ 秦皇岛阿那亚小镇位于整个社区的主干道上，是阿那亚社区成员聚集交往的重要场所。小镇中心一侧为开放型广场空间，是平时小镇居民休闲娱乐的场所，也是节假日人们举办活动的绝佳去处，坐落于此的海边集市也为广场增添了许多人文气息。小镇另一侧则是富有商业气息的街巷空间，各式各样的买手店和咖啡馆，与电影院、单向书屋及如恩设计研究室的艺术中心丰富了社区邻里们的生活方式与精神属性。阿那亚小镇浓缩了“阿那亚式”的生活情怀，是喧嚣生活外的另一种生命样式与心灵状态的向往与缩影，让邻里们生活在理想乌托邦的烟火气里。

阿那亚黄金海岸社区——瞰海公寓

Anaya Gold Coast Community—The Apartment that Can See the Sea

业主/ 秦皇岛天行九州旅游置业开发有限公司建筑/ Verse Design建言建筑地点/ 秦皇岛瞰海公寓是阿那亚社区的二期项目，设计的初衷是为都市人提供梦想中“面朝大海，春暖花开”的理想居所。错层式的房型不但为业主提供了4.8米挑高的观海起居空间和舒适的3.2米度假用房，同时结合观海阳台的形成了富有节奏感的立面效果。

中国唐山皮影主题乐园二期

Shadow Play Theme Park in Tangshan, China

业主/ 唐山世园投资发展有限公司景观/ L&A Design奥雅设计地点/ 唐山鉴于对唐山皮影的重新认识，洛嘉儿童提出了亲子主题乐园的设计理念——“舞动的皮影，行进的唐山”和“最古老的动漫、最时尚的皮影”，营造国际化的中国皮影主题乐园。2019年5月1日唐山皮影主题乐园二期正式对公众开放，水乐园、低碳馆、勇者之坡、亲子餐厅、黑森林、泡泡乐园、萌宠乐园、亲子CS、皮影餐厅、皮影塔、亲子绘本馆等30余个网红打卡点，120余项儿童景观专项设施引发了社交网络的疯狂传播。

郑州建业足球小镇游客中心

Zhengzhou Jianye Football Town Tourist Center

业主/ 建业住宅集团（中国）有限公司建筑/ SHUISHI水石设计室内/ DIA丹健国际地点/ 郑州郑州建业足球小镇游客中心，至今为止全球高度最高的纯手工夯土建筑，是将建筑功能、自然风貌、地域文化和当代审美完美结合的一次实践，是传统建筑工艺与当代施工技术相结合的一次探索与大胆尝试，浑然一体的建筑和环境，让建筑充满了力量，这种力量，似乎来自这块神奇的黄土地，来自大自然，也是建业所想要展现的一种企业文化和体育精神。

The tourist center of Zhengzhou Jianye Football Town is so far the tallest hand-built rammed earth building in the world. It is a practice that perfectly combines architectural functions, natural features, regional culture and contemporary aesthetics, and an exploration and bold attempt to combine traditional architectural techniques with contemporary construction techniques. The integration of building with environment brings to the building a power that comes from this magical yellow land and the great nature. It's also the corporate culture and sportsmanship that Jianye wants to express.

湖北卓尔桃花驿一揽芳华民宿酒店

A Full Bloom of Youth, Peach Blossom Inn of Zhuoer Town, Hubei Province

业主/ 卓尔发展（孝感）有限公司建筑/ 北京全壹建筑设计景观/ 北京全壹建筑设计室内/ LHBY玲和步尧（软装）照明/ 北京全壹建筑设计地点/ 孝感民宿，归本 归本，仅仅是返回农耕的行为，还是与自然和谐相处的态度，亦或是追求宇宙万物本源的理想？在这里，我们践行了对归本的理解。桃花驿，每一隅都有自己独特景观，私密空间被赋予最大的自由。空间与空间的衔接更像是打开了任意门，可任意切换生活场景。整体陈设始于自然，融于自然。用触手可得的自然元素融合环境，尽可能做到无痕。愿，你看到的，就是你理解的归本。

The origin of homestay To return to the root is only to return to farming, or to live in harmony with nature, or to pursue the ideal of the origin of all things in the universe? Here, we have practiced the understanding of returning to the original. Peach blossom Posthouse, each corner has its own unique landscape, private space is given the greatest freedom. The connection between space and space is more like opening any door and switching between life scenes. The whole display starts from nature and melts into nature. Use the natural elements available with the tentacles to integrate the environment and make it as traceless as possible. May what you see be the essence of your understanding.

雅居乐·冠军体育小镇

Champion Town

业主/ 雅居乐景观/ GM LANDSCAPE广亩景观地点/ 青岛将滨海资源与体育小镇的定位充分融合，最大程度打造一个活力与浪漫并存的小镇，是广亩景观为客户实现的真实结果。设计和研发团队在这个项目上致力于通过景观实体承载运动核心，把抽象的运动精神通过具体的景观空间的布局与功能的规划、以及统一风格的整体氛围展现出来。

It is the real result of the realization of Guangmu landscape for customers to fully integrate the coastal resources with the positioning of sports town and create a town with both vitality and romance to the greatest extent. The design and R & D team is committed to carrying the sports core through the landscape entity, and displaying the abstract sports spirit through the layout and function planning of the specific landscape space, as well as the overall atmosphere of the unified style.

莒南天佛圣境·禅意古镇游客集散中心

Tourist Distribution Center in Chanyi Ancient Town

业主/ 山东东方佳园建筑安装有限公司   景观/ BAKOU杭州八口地点/ 临沂将佛家、儒家、道家三家精神融合为一体，进行空间主题营造，分别以“净尘心——初相遇，承世缘——自寻觅，弘心道——心空明，解禅境——长思索”四个部分展开，同时表现为“顿禅、寻禅、悟禅、看见禅”四重境界，通过对佛家故事及佛家禅宗文化的阐述来表达设计的初衷。

The three spirits of Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism are integrated into a whole, and space theme construction is carried out. They are divided into four parts, namely, 'clearing the dust heart-meeting at the beginning, inheriting the fate of the world-searching for oneself, expanding the heart-clearing the mind, understanding the Zen environment-thinking for a long time'. At the same time, they are expressed as 'Zen Buddhism, Zen Buddhism, Zen Buddhism and Zen Buddhism'. four realms expresses the original intention of the design through the exposition of Buddhist stories and Buddhist Zen culture.

无锡灵山小镇拈花湾

Lingshan Town, Wuxi•Nianhua Bay

业主/ 灵山实业建筑/ M.A.O.景观/ M.A.O.地点/ 无锡禅是整个项目的文化精髓，本案着重打造的是一个自然、人文、生活方式相融合的旅游度假目的地，追求一种身、心、灵独特体验的人文关怀，让人们体验无处不在的禅意生活，从而开创“心灵度假”的休闲旅游新模式。

Zen is the cultural essence of the whole project. This This project focuses on creating a tourism and vacation destination that integrates nature, humanity and lifestyle. It seeks a unique human care of body, mind and soul, so that people can experience the ubiquitous Zen life, thus creating a new leisure and tourism mode of 'spiritual vacation'.

安徽当代九华山莲花小镇

ΜΟΜΛ Mount Jiuhua Lianhua Town, Anhui

业主/ 安徽当代九开置业有限公司景观/ S.P.I山水比德地点/ 九华山项目将莲花小镇打造为一个集休闲度假、商业服务、文化创意、文化展示等多种功能于一体结合自然山水与佛教文化的禅意小镇。项目概念定位上取“大珠小珠落玉盘，一花一树一菩提” 之意，引“莲”之形与意 ，造形境、造意境，赋予项目灵魂。通过空间升降关系的变化，形成顿禅、寻禅、悟禅、看见禅四大多维立体空间。

The project transforms Lianhua Town into a zen town integrating leisure, commercial services, cultural creativity, cultural display and other functions. The concept of the project is to take the meaning of 'big pearls drop into the jade plate, one flower, one tree, one bodhi', Quote the shape and meaning of 'lotus', Shape and create artistic conception ,give the project soul. Through the change of spatial rise and fall relationship, orm the four dimensional space of dengzen, Buddhist search, Buddhist enlightenment and Buddhist sight.

靖安绿地明镜湾

Jing'an Greenland MirrorI Bay Town

业主/ 绿地集团江西区域管理总部建筑/ UA尤安设计地点/ 宜春以更平和自然的心态去迎接生活，是我们想通过项目传递给人们的感悟。整个建筑由舒展曲顶的屋顶、质朴的幕墙体系、融通的连廊、围合的院墙门亭形成一个上下嵌套的关系。屋顶形式采用庙宇造型，尽管错位与变形，但仍看出关于传统中国坡屋顶的隐喻。建筑的空间关系，细部处理都体现出中国式禅意的智慧。

To meet life with a more peaceful and natural attitude is the sentiment we want to convey to people through the project. The whole building is made up of a roof with extended curved roof, a simple curtain wall system, an integrated corridor and a enclosed courtyard gate Pavilion, forming a nested relationship between the top and the bottom. Although the roof is in the form of temple, the metaphor of traditional Chinese sloping roof can be seen though it is out of place and out of shape. The spatial relationship and details of the building reflect the wisdom of Chinese Zen.

云上鼓岭

The Sky Castle in Kuliang

业主/ 世茂海峡发展公司建筑/ J STUDIO捷仕建筑地点/ 福州在复杂的山地上建造房子，看似处于劣势，但设计师却认为山地建筑群有着与生俱来的美学优势。如何利用项目所在地独特的地形，打造国风系产品的核心理念——“传承与再造”，成为本次设计的出发点。设计师利用高差所形成的原生坡地，随山就势地进行规划布局，让每栋建筑生长于错落起伏的之中，形成阶梯式、极具韵律的坡地建筑群落。

绿地香港拾野川

Greenland Hong Kong Mountain Time

业主/ 绿地香港控股有限公司广东公司建筑/ M.A.O.景观/ SHUISHI水石设计地点/ 佛山整个项目沿山坡地展开，为传统院落式结构形式，还原南越独有的“野趣”，保留文脉古韵。古镇中开设南越博物馆、望越楼、钟书阁、客栈等多元业态，是集休闲、观光、度假、娱乐、文化，艺术，自然教育于一体的南越风貌旅游度假小镇。

The meaning of Shiye is to “pick up the fun of life in nature”, based on this idea, we want to create a natural art village, integrates entertainment, tourism, vacation, shopping, culture, art and education in one town.

成都五凤古镇

The Ancient Town of 'Wufeng, Chengdu'

本项目作为成都文旅集团继宽窄巷子、平乐古镇之后打造的新一代旅游度假产品，选择成都唯一的一个山地古镇——五凤古镇，在五凤古镇核心保护区建造精品酒店及休闲商业建筑群。在设计中，我们探索富有川西空间特色的新乡土建筑风格，将具有现代精神的建筑及时尚元素融入传统空间当中。项目一期已经建成并开街运营。该项目设计多次获奖，并入选2011年成都双年展。

中建雲山小镇

Yunshan Town

业主/ 中建致弘重庆建设开发有限公司 建筑/ YUANGOU ARCHITECTS & CONSULTANTS原构国际设计顾问地点/ 重庆项目紧邻四面山风景区，除度假住宅外，雲山艺术馆、艺术街区、礼堂作为配套区建成。规划尽量保持原有地形，以艺术馆为统领，因山就势。风貌吸取巴渝民居元素，体现度假氛围。艺术馆是整个项目的起点，主体由两个巨大的重型木结构坡屋顶组成，也有度假帐篷意象。艺术街区为配套商业，采用巴渝民居自由的组织方式，结合高差，形成错落的商业街空间。礼堂为木结构全坡顶空间，是区域内很多视线方向的底景，是配套区内的点睛之笔。 

This whole project is adjacent to Simian Mountain. In addition to the residential parts, the public buildings including Yunshan Art Gallery, Art Street, and Chapel have been finished already. The master plan tries to maintain the local topography, making the art gallery to be the center of whole facilities area. In order to create a resort environment, the architectural styles similar to local historical towns are used. The Art Gallery can be seen as a starting point of the whole project. The main parts of the gallery are composed of two big-sized curve slope roofs in timber structure, which can be imagined as a camping tent. The Art Street is a shopping area, which takes advantage of the typical free-style of the local town, creating visually intermingled spaces. The chapel which is all covered with timber structure and located in the end of many scenes of the project is the eye-catching point of the area.

重庆融汇温泉城 | 泉里小镇

Chong Qing Rong Hui Hot Springs City | Quan Li Town

业主/ 重庆融汇投资有限公司景观/ DLC地茂景观地点/ 重庆项目是一个集“温泉、酒店、商业、住宅、游乐、文创”六位一体的 “极具规模、极具特色、极具档次、极具影响力”的都市温泉旅游休闲度假地。景观设计结合当地的气候环境和场地的优越地理位置及地势条件，创造出城市、自然、风土相互融合的、明快的多元化生态环境，营造了一次巴渝文化的邂逅，一次芬芳馥郁的体验；一次放松身心的旅行，一次人文历史的回味。

Our project is a comprehensive 'Massive-scale, extremely distinctive, high class, and influential' urban hot spring leisure resort that integrates the six- 'hot spring, hotel, commerce, accommodation, amusement, as well as the cultural and creative industry' in one. Taking local climatic environment into account, combined with its superior geographical location and terrain conditions, our landscape design creates a bright and diversified ecological environment in which, the city, nature, and culture are intertwined. Here you may encounter special Bayu culture, have a fragrant and rich experience, enjoy a soothing and relieving trip, or reflect on a specific part of human history.

大理理想邦

Dali Utopia

业主/ 大理宗逸柏悦建筑/ J STUDIO捷仕建筑地点/ 大理大理理想邦，远观苍山近览洱海，由一系列旅游客栈、精品酒店、文化商业及度假公寓组成。它成功地打破了传统房地产的思路约束，将整个项目打造成极富浪漫情调、趣味横生、步移景异的山地诗意聚落，为大理旅游度假注入了一缕清风，开启了中国诗意聚落新时代。大理理想邦的设计，是J-Studio将多年的聚落空间设计的积淀与滇西的地域特色相结合，完成的一次商业地产设计的全新升级。可谓“好看的楼盘千篇一律，有趣的聚落万里挑一”。

云南抚仙湖星空小镇

XingKong Post Station, Fuxian Lake, Yunnan

业主/ 龙湖地产规划/ MADE&MAKE承构建筑建筑/ MADE&MAKE承构建筑景观/ CBULD蓝调国际（施工图），AECOM（方案）照明/ CBULD蓝调国际地点/ 抚仙湖打造集“会议、康养、旅游”三大产业及生态环保为一体的“3+1”模式的特色星空小镇。在产业布局上，规划了会议中心、客栈、合院、商业街区、玉带等复合业态。项目灵感来源于仙湖玉带，仙湖之上，玉带飘落。仙湖玉带是贯穿项目的主线，串联起来地面上的空间体系， 建筑充分的融入环境之中。

Build a "3 + 1" featured Star Town integrating "conference, health care, tourism" three industries and ecological environment protection. In terms of industrial layout, the conference center, inn, courtyard, commercial block, Yudai and other complex formats are planned. The inspiration of the project comes from the jade belt of Xianhu, which floats on top of the lake. Xianhu jade belt is the main line running through the project, connecting the space system on the ground, The building is fully integrated into the environment.

无影傣楼

Shadowless DaiLou

业主/ 融创集团建筑/ dachuan architects大椽地点/ 西双版纳去色存真，纯白的世界，汇聚匠心细节。保留傣族文化建筑精神元素，删繁就简体现现代建筑风貌。秉承无影系列的描述手法，用最小单元的纯色构件将空间与时间编织，雨打竹林，点滴浮现提取竹子的肌理。版纳最美是雨季，LED冷光灯的有序编织，让无影傣楼在夜色中幻化雨打竹林的意境。

Desaturate the true, pure white world, bringing together ingenious details. Preserving the spiritual elements of the Dai culture and architecture, removal of complexity reflects the style of modern architecture. Weaving space and time with the smallest unit of solid color components,  rain in bamboo forests. The most beautiful in Banna is the rainy season, orderly weaving of LED cold light, let Wuying Diaolou transform the mood of rain and bamboo in the night. Shadowless Series-New Building Pure world of light and shadow, rich spiritual world.
