地建师告白 | 152天的幸福成长
2020年，152天就这样过去了，近小半年。感慨时光飞逝之余，我们自我复盘：
匆匆近半年，「地建师」在做什么？
我们想把我们的所思、所见、所做给关心、喜欢我们的朋友们做一个交代；
我们感谢每一个毫无保留、鞭策我们成长的意见；
我们感恩大家不遗余力支持着小狮子们每一个不成熟的想法，并且和我们一起把它变成可能。
从这第一篇「告白」开始，今后会定期给大家分享我们的动态。
In 2020, 152 days have passed away.
Feeling the passing of time, we rechecked ourselves: what is DJSER doing in the past six months?
I also want to give an account of what we think, see, and do to friends who care about us and like us.We thank you for your unreserved opinions that spur us to grow. Thank you for your spare no effort to support each of our immature ideas and make it possible together.
Starting from this first "Announcement", we will regularly share DJSER news with you in the future.

疫情，是今年绕不开的话题。
COVID-19 is a topic that cannot be avoided this year.

我们祈祷每一位关心地建师的伙伴都安康，当问候小主们时得知大家口罩物资紧缺，我们紧急联系了美国团队小伙伴，采购2,000个N95口罩，力所能及的小小爱心奉送。
We pray that every partner who cares about DJSER is safe.
When greeting our partners, we learn that everyone has a shortage of masks and supplies (the situation where there is no mask before resuming work).
We urgently contacted our American partners and purchased 2,000 N95 masks, which were given away with love.

我们邀请学校老师、建筑专家、设计大佬们，一起为疫情宅家的行业伙伴推荐好书。行业精英联合「好书推荐」，图书类型种类涉及范围之广：建筑、人文、天体、哲学等。
We invited school teachers, construction experts, and design masters to participate in "Recommended Books". For the crowd during the outbreak of epidemic, reading is a good way to pass the time. There are many types of books: humanities, celestial bodies, architecture, philosophy, etc.

我们很虚荣，虚荣到每一次别人对我们的夸奖，无论是发自内心的还是浅浅敷衍的。每一个关键词都被我们写在老破小的办公室墙上，地建师：专业的、周全的、圆润的、热情的、有调性的、做'私房菜'的。虚荣之余，我们更愿意把这些赞美当作大家给予地建师的期待，时刻提醒我们不负众望。（谢谢大家不吝赞美，欢迎留言哦！）
We are very vanity, if someone praises us, whether it is from the heart or perfunctory, we will write every key word on the office wall: professional, thoughtful, mellow, enthusiastic, etc. We are more willing to regard this as the expectations to us, and always remind us to live up to expectations. (Also if you have praise to us, please leave a message~)
正因如此，我们希望做的每一件事、每一个活动，都能代表地建师的态度，地建师的价值观。
Because of this, we hope that everything, every activity we do can represent our attitude and our values.
我们需要不停的创新，正如设计创新一样，我们的态度是：一直被模仿，从未被超越。
我们要跟随大势，不能拘泥于现有的状态。
我们要引领行业，虽然一群傻憨傻憨的小狮子们能力还不够，但梦想还有要有的，万一实现呢。
We need constant innovation. Just like design innovation, our attitude is: always been imitated, never been surpassed.
We need to follow the general trend and not stick to the existing state.
We need to lead the industry. Although we are not capable enough, we still have some ideas, what if they come ture.

用“设计力量”助力武汉
武汉解封的第二天，地建师名师堂·武汉季开播。
On the second day of Wuhan's unsealing, DJSER VOICE·Wuhan Season began.
疫情让今年的直播特别疯狂，也让直播软件#小鹅通#在几个月内达到5亿用户数量，用户总流水突破82亿元。
The COVID-19 made this year's live broadcast especially crazy, and also made the live broadcast APP #xiaoe-tech# reach the number of 500 million users in a few months, and the total turnover of users exceeded RMB 8.2 billion.
做不做直播？——做，大势所趋，必须做。
做什么？—— 我们只想做点有意义的。
什么有意义？——疫情总会过去，振兴武汉的宏图伟业是祖国妈妈的工作。但，我们也可以做一点点对武汉有意义的事吧，我们把有限认知范围内的武汉项目做个梳理，“设计助力武汉”成为了每一个讲师的共同心愿。未曾想行业口碑和反馈俱佳。
Should we do live broadcasting? –Yes, it is the trend.
What should we do? —We just want to do something meaningful.
What makes sense? —We can do something meaningful to Wuhan as the COVID-19 will end one day. We sort out the Wuhan project within our limited cognition, and "design helps Wuhan" has become the common wish of every lecturer. Unexpectedly, the industry has good reputation and feedback.

Although travel will be delayed this year, the pace of the inspection project will come sooner or later. Therefore, according to the type of projects and location, we have summarised the inspection route for you in advance.

人类对图书有特殊的情感，图书作为一个时代或者某一个过程的记录，更是对行业发展和积累是一件非常有价值和意义的事。图书出版在紧锣密鼓的筹备中，希望它能在8月底如期面世。（ 图书指导：CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国-执行委员会）
People always have special emotions for books. As a record of an era or a certain process, book is a very valuable and meaningful thing for the development and accumulation of industry. We are positively preparing the book publishing, and we hope it will be available as scheduled at the end of August.
