第七届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国 入围榜单正式揭晓

　　地产与设计行业最受关注的行业独立评价标准之一「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」坚持建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益的16字评选标准。

　CREDAWARD, as one of the most concerned awards in the industry, adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits.

今日，地建师官方公布2020-2021第七届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」入围榜。本届奖项共计502家机构参赛，申报作品超历届、再创历史新高，共计1919份。参赛机构及作品遍及中国、中国香港、中国台湾、美国、新加坡、泰国、英国、德国、意大利、加拿大、日本、西班牙、丹麦、澳大利亚、法国、阿联酋、越南等17个国家和地区。

Today, DJSER officially announced 7th CREDAWARD Shortlisted Projects. The organizing committee has received 1919 projects from 502 companies. Participating institutions and works cover 17 countries and regions including China, China Hong Kong, China Taiwan, USA, Singapore, Thailand, UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, Japan, Spain, Denmark, Australia, France, UAE, and Vietnam, etc.

“源于中国，面向世界”：汇聚全球优秀作品，引领未来城市发展之路，促进社会可持续发展，作为大奖愿景，组会委坚持开放、公正的态度，历年来邀请到国际知名公司参与大奖呈逐年递增趋势，第7届大奖共计74家海外企业参与，创历史新高。国际化趋势是「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」，奠定中国奖项获得世界范围认可的重要起步。

深感责任与使命，本届奖项初审筹备及评审工作用时近5个月。最终，285家参赛机构所属的652份作品脱颖入围。恭喜所有入围作品的业主单位、设计单位及其各方合作伙伴，致谢勠力为2021，浇铸崭新时代的设计精神！
Deeply aware of the responsibility, the preparation and the preliminary review took nearly 5 months. Finally, 652 works belonging to 285 participating institutions were shortlisted. Congratulations to all shortlisted companies! Thank you for your hard work for 2021.

地建师携手「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」评委共同策划出版《中国地产设计集萃Ⅰ》，邀请历年参赛机构建筑师、设计师对124个来自全球的第一届至第五届金、银奖作品进行整合梳理。点滴图文精酌，以书籍形式留存设计精华；坚守初心，记录下城市发展的足迹。

DJSER together with the committee of CREDAWARD, planned to publish the book，Best Works of CREDAWARD(2014-2019)， to keep the essence of design in the form of books and adhere to the original intention as well as record the footprint of urban development， thus inviting the architects and designers from the participating institutions over the years to comment on the 124 gold and silver awards and select the pictures and texts from the first to the fifth sessions to make this book.
