2020年是人类历史上不平凡的一年。图书作为一个时代或者一个过程的记录载体，具有传承文化和连接沟通纽带的重要意义。这一年，地建师携手「CREDAWARD 地产设计大奖·中国」评委共同策划出版《中国地产设计集萃Ⅰ（2014—2019）》，邀请历年参赛业主及设计方对124个来自全球的第一届至第五届金、银奖作品进行整合梳理。

As a recording carrier of an era or a certain process, books can inherit culture and offer the communicating platform for human beings. In the unusual year of 2020, DJSER , together with the judges of CREDAWARD, planned to publish the book, Best Works of CREDAWARD Ⅰ (2014-2019), inviting the owners and designers from the participating institutions over the years to integrate and sort the 124 global gold and silver awards-winning projects.

这是「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」走过五年的路，也是地产行业发展中评选出的精品汇聚，极具行业价值和社会意义。每届金、银奖的作品都是国内外建筑、规划、环境、室内设计、城市更新等行业包括房产领域的著名公司所精心打造的原创品牌。项目体现了时代进程发展特殊性，类型的多元多样性，参与评奖项目的广泛性。项目都具创新技术亮点，体现了获奖作品的含金量和影响力。

It not only marks the five–year journey of CREDAWARD, but also displays the best selected works in real estate development industry. The works of each gold and silver award are original brands carefully created by famous companies in the domestic and foreign architecture, planning, environment, interior design, urban renewal industries, including the real estate field. The project reflects the particularity of the development of the times, the diversification of types, and the extensiveness of the purpose of participating in the awards. The winning works have innovative technological highlights, reflecting the gold content and influence.

《中国地产设计集萃Ⅰ》记录中国地产这五年的设计进步和贡献，都值得受到鼓励和赞誉！也将成为“人民城市人民建，人民城市为人民”的一段辉煌成就。让我们共同见证在中国共产党领导下，中国城市化进程前所未有的高速发展。值此建党100周年大庆之际，有幸将此书作为一份献礼！

The book, Best Works of CREDAWARD Ⅰ (2014-2019), records the five–year design progress and contributions in China real estate industry, which deserves encouragement and praise! This book also displays a remarkable journey of "People's cities are built by people, People's cities serve people". Let us see through the unprecedentedly rapid development of urbanization in China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, We would like to take this honor to present this book as a birthday gift to the CPC!

心动的诞生~

Back Story

历时700+天，从最早萌生出书想法、询问评委团建设性意见、确定项目、沟通出版社、申请书号、选纸制作样刊、推翻升级大开本、替换双语出版、重新梳理资料排版、工厂印制调色、选封面布样、尝试特殊工艺装帧、折页装订、塑封成书，最终图书已完美面世。

小狮子小记：
《中国地产设计集萃Ⅰ》已从去年5月开始筹备至今，历经2年，即将收尾面世，过程十分曲折，几经推翻重来，只为最终完美的呈现。
这本图书是我们地建师首本申请书号的官方出品，记录着这五年的城市发展足迹，鉴于收录内容都是1-5届金银奖作品，不敢疏忽任何细节，设计稿审校具体到每个中英文标点符号与空格，全书中英文审阅至少5遍之上，如有细节不周还请海涵。为了能体现项目本身的“美”，每一页每一张图印刷时都精心调色，几乎不眠不休三天三夜，将三百多页全部调色、印刷完成。
非常感谢所有收录项目的设计方与业主方，不辞辛苦地配合我们收集资料；感谢合作方包容我们的数不清的修改意见；感谢印刷厂师傅们辛苦加急赶工，一次一次陪着我们调色重印；感谢所有预购图书的行业精英们，感谢你们的支持，图书已面世到货，大家真的久等了！
