Project Introduction
观澜湖艺工场是观澜湖集团走向旅游休闲、文化娱乐和国际教育的3.0时代的战略转型重要板块，依托于观澜湖集团的高尔夫和多元旅游休闲产业群，致力于搭建以“成熟文化产业品牌+完整产业链整合+优美的创作环境+舒适的体验式服务”诠释和引领的第三代文创园区。
As an important sector of the strategic transformation for Mission Hills stepping into Travel & Leisure, Culture & Entertainment, International Education 3.0 era, MH Maker is based on the golf and multi-tourism leisure industry group of Mission Hills, committing to construct a most distinctive third generation creative cultural complex which is led by “Established Cultural Industrial Brand, Integrated Complete Industrial Chain, Beautiful Entrepreneurial Environment and Comfortable Experiential Service.”
“观澜湖艺工场-艺术家驻留项目”是观澜湖艺工场为当代艺术交流、协助新生代艺术家和手作艺术家的创作而设立的非营利驻留项目，为海内外的艺术工作者创造一个多层面、跨领域交流与创作的平台，推动中国当代艺术与传统手工艺的建设与发展。
“MH Maker Artist-in-Residence Program” is a non-profit art creation and academic exchange program set for new generation artists and craft artists. The program aims to create a multifaceted, interdisciplinary exchange and creation platform, constructing and developing contemporary art and craft in China, thus making MH Maker a cultural and creative highland with international art standard.

❶以邮件形式提交一份填写完整的申请表（后台回复“申请表”扫码获取表格），内容包括：
❷艺术家或手艺人请提供一份最新的艺术简历，内容包括您的受教育程度、重要个展、群展、所获奖励以及有关您的重要报道和出版物
❸艺术家或手艺人请提交代表作品的照片或光盘（jpg.格式），并注明作品的名称、媒介、尺寸、 创作时间。如有与您作品相关的文章、评论或画册也可选择提交
➍简明介绍您的申请目的及选题方案
➎艺术家在驻留期间即将举办的活动形式与内容

A fullycompleted Application Form and following materials:
❶A latest resume including the information about yourdegree of education, major solo/group exhibition, rewards, related significantmedia stories and publications;
❷Pictures or CD about your representative works (Imageformat: jpg). Please give a clear indication of name, medium, size and creatingdate. Relative articles, comments or albums can also be accepted.
❸A brief introduction about your application purpose andtheme plan;
➍The form and content of the proposed residencyactivities.

❶我们为艺术家提供以“观澜湖手艺工场”为主要场地的创作场所和工作室空间，手艺工场是国内面积最大（4000㎡）、种类最全、设备最精良的手工体验工坊，囊括了陶艺、玻璃、金工、皮艺、布艺、纸艺、雅集、小手工、木艺等九大手工艺术门类工作室。

同时，艺术家还可以使用手艺工场的专业设备及材料（限双方约定范围），并获得技术导师的支持。
❶We provide for artists:MH Maker provide artists with a creative placeand studio space, Art &Crafts Workshop, which covers an area of 4,000 m2and is currently China’s largest O2O craft workshop offering the mostvariety and best-equipped facilities for creating handcrafted items. There arenine categories of craft experiences such as wood, leather, textile, ceramic,glass, paper, metalwork, children handicraft and literati gathering.
During theresidence, artists shall share the studio space, equipment, materials andtechnique support according to the agreement signed.
❷我们为驻留艺术家安排观澜版画基地、版画博物馆、鳌湖艺术村的艺术交流机会，让艺术家感受当地的人文与艺术氛围，汲取更多的灵感。
❷Weshall arrange artistic communication with Guanlan Print Base, Print Museum andNew Who Art Village for artists, to make them feel local cultural and artatmosphere and get inspiration.
❸我们将根据项目的特点在驻留结束前为艺术家举办相应个展，邀请媒体及公众参与互动，推广艺术家及作品的社会知名度。
❸At the end ofthe duration, we shall hold a solo exhibition for the artist according to thecharacteristics of the program. To promote the artist and enhance the awarenessof the works, media and the public shall be invited. Meanwhile, an openingparty can also be offered.

What shall artists provide
●构思和创作符合主题的艺术作品
●艺术家驻留期间的除住宿外的其他生活费用
●艺术家在驻留期间至少举办一场面向公众的交流活动
●艺术家需将驻留期间创作的部分作品留给观澜湖集团进行收藏（双方协商为准）
●The artist shallcooperate with MH Maker, conceiving and creating related art works fordifferent themes in different times.
●The artist shallbear other living expenses except the accommodation.
●During theresidence, the artist shall hold at least one public activity (lecture, studioopen day, etc.)
●MH Maker shallhave the right to permanent collect part of the Artist’s work created in theresidency program, the details shall be negotiated by both parties.

●The artist residency periods for MH Maker include: Spring & Summerperiod and Autumn & Winter period.
●目前接受驻留时间为：2017年9月1日至2017年12月31日（秋冬驻留）
●At current stage, the residence period we only accept is 2017 Autumn& Winter Period (2017/09/01-2017/12/31).
