几千年来，中国一直沿袭着传统的小农种菜模式，规模小、效率低，城市蔬菜价格贵。这种模式，让我们成为了世界上农业最落后的国家之一。
但是，这一切即将成为历史。
继走地鸡、游水鸭、刷脸猪后，12月6日，京东植物工厂在北京正式落成，刘强东开始卖菜了。
这家工厂是国内目前最大的可量产、高科技水耕蔬菜工厂，植物不靠太阳不用土，只靠营养液和人造太阳灯就能茁壮成长。
不仅如此，它下面的一系列逆天颠覆，让中国两亿菜农陷入了深思……
一、蔬菜喝净水长大
我们在上面说过，京东植物工厂采用的是水耕培方式。它的操作方法就是通过类似集装箱的装置培育秧苗，然后将秧苗移植到塑料大棚内，通过人造太阳光和营业液进行水耕栽培。
这就颠覆了我们用了几千年的传统土耕方式。
这套水耕技术来自日本，日本人靠它以一个云南省的面积一跃成为农业强国，不仅养活了1亿多人口，而且一年农产品出口额高达7200亿日元（约440亿人民币）。
既然是水耕，选择什么样的水就格外重要了。京东为此特意引进了日本的净水设备，彻底杜绝了水体污染，重金属等有害物质从此拜拜了。
二、无农残无激素，直接吃
之所以说它高科技，是因为京东植物工厂采用了一套人工干预技术，通过控制温度、湿度、光照、二氧化碳浓度等因素，就能常年把环境保持在最适宜蔬菜生长的状态。
配合营养液，蔬菜不需要使用激素也可以茁壮成长，营养远高于普通蔬菜和有机蔬菜。
更重要的是，在这种环境生长的蔬菜没有任何病虫侵害，也就不需要打农药和施各种肥料，长大后可以“干净”到不用清洗就能直接吃。
三、节约，耗水量低到无法想象
在我们传统种植里，水是决定性的因素，缺水的地方想搞种植，门都没有。
但京东植物工厂里，蔬菜的耗水量极低，每棵蔬菜从种子到成菜仅需要500ml水，比一瓶矿泉水的水量还要少。
这就是水耕蔬菜的最大优势之一，需要多少水，用多少水，不用额外蒸发挥发。这也是为什么沙漠地区的以色列能把农业做那么牛逼的诀窍。
四、菜农去工厂前要全身消毒
为了保证蔬菜在绝对无菌的环境下生长，每个进入京东工厂的工作人员都要特制防菌服、戴口罩和工作帽，最后还要全身消一次毒才能进去。
正是这种高度卫生的环境种出来的蔬菜，才能不用洗，直接吃。
五、产量极高，1顷地年产300吨
京东的这个植物工厂面积并不大，不到一公顷，也就是一个足球场大小，但它的产量却高得让你无法想象：每年300吨，是传统菜农产量的几十倍以上！
这么多菜怎么种出来的？
答案是这里的蔬菜可以全年无休地生长和收获。
举个例子，普通菜地里的菠菜一年最多收4次，温室里好一点，能收6次，但京东植物工厂中的菠菜一年可以收种20次，效率足足高出4-5倍。
其他蔬菜，普通菜地一年只能收两季，但在这里，一个月就能收一次。
除此之外还要一个重要原因，京东工厂里的蔬菜，不必像在菜地里那样一字排开种，而是可以种在多层架子上。这就凭空多生出了好几倍的空间，大大提高了产量。
试想一下，一块地就能年产300吨蔬菜，如果把这个模式复制下去，将不仅大大降低我们的买菜成本，而且还能每天把新鲜干净的蔬菜直送到家门口。
未来，真的来了！
六、成本得到控制，价格远低于市场价
由于植物工厂面积小，颠覆了对泥土的依赖，所以把菜地建在哪里就十分灵活了，比如这家京东菜地就就在北京通州，将来还可以直接建在社区附近。
这意味着和传统菜农相比，京东可以更近、更快地接触到消费者，进而省掉大部分中间运输环节。
换句话说，京东的蔬菜不仅价格有优势，同时还更加新鲜，一些外地销售城市的菜农将避无可避受到冲击。
京东副总裁王笑松也信心百倍地透露：“这些蔬菜在今年年底前就能上市，价格将远远低于市场上的有机蔬菜价格。”
中国传统的小农生产模式真的需要进步了，国土面积世界第三，却要大量进口农产品，这在国际上一直是个笑话。比如，2017年我们光是从美国就进口了1600多亿元大豆、高粱、棉花等农产品。
出身农民的刘强东一直在为中国农业的进步努力，他本人就是河北省阜平县石头村的名誉村长。在他的布局下，京东今年还建立了农产品滞销帮助中心。
我们希望他继续一如既往地发展中国农业，一旦更多企业加入进来，中国离农业强国的梦想也就不远了。
