再鼎医药完成3000万美元C轮融资，红杉曾两次加注，医药行业专业机构入局

投资界6月29日消息，国内创新药研发公司再鼎医药宣布完成3000万美元C轮融资，奥博资本领投，维梧资本、Cormorant and Rock SprinGS CApital跟投。

此前，再鼎医药对外公布了三轮融资，分别为2014年8月完成的A轮3000万美元融资，投资方为红杉资本、启明创投；2016年1月完成的B轮1亿美元融资，红杉资本、启明创投跟投，尚珹资本等加入。在获得融资之后，再鼎医药称，本轮资金将用于实验室研究、项目开发等。

再鼎医药成立于2014年，位于上海张江高科技园区，是一家致力于研究、开发和销售创新药物的制药企业。董事长兼首席执行官杜莹是位连续创业者，她曾就职于美国辉瑞总部，负责项目的引进收购业务。归国后杜莹创办和记黄埔医药，并在之后进入了红杉资本，并主导医疗健康领域的投资，而后创办了再鼎医药。

公司的业务主要是通过内部研发和授权许可等方式建立产品线，如今再鼎医药已经拥有了一支在全球制药企业，和研发机构范围内都富有经验的管理团队。这支创始人团队曾带着产品成功获得中国和美国食品药品监督管理局的认可，并在国内获得了新药快速审核的批准。同时，公司还与多个跨国制药巨头建立了长期的战略合作伙伴关系。

研发方面，据CDE（药品审批中心）数据，再鼎医药现有10个在研药品处于审批中，均为1类及1.1类新药，包括丙氨酸布立尼布、ZL-2102等。

Zai Lab Secures Series C Financing
