叙利亚的事件还没过去几天，
中美贸易大战更是惊险连连
英美两国又对中国的高科技公司，
开启一轮精准“打击”，
中兴成了第一个靶子！
美国商务部称，
将全面禁止美国企业向中兴通讯出售，
任何电子技术或通讯元件，
这一禁令长达7年，
直到2025年3月13日。
这也意味着，
从现在开始的7年内，
美国一颗芯片都不会卖给中兴！
要知道，
每一个电子产品都离不开芯片，
可目前中国芯片严重依赖进口，
尤其是从美国进口。
近十年中国进口芯片金额，
高达1.8万亿美元，
甚至已远远超过原油的进口金额。
而通信产业正是，
缺乏一颗芯片都将无法生产，
美国这次是直刺中国软肋！
好在，我们中国还有他在，
他已经74了，可也是这位老人，
让中国半导体技术，
第一次占领世界至高点，
令全世界惊叹！
他让我们中国人可以响亮自豪地喊出：
中国芯，中国造!
他就是，尹志尧
1944年，他出生于北京，
中学时代就读于北京四中，
那时的他学习优秀，曾担任过
北京四中少先队大队委员会主席。
1962年，他考入科大化学物理系，
后由于文革的缘故，学业曾一度中断。
1968年春，从学校毕业后，
他被分配到兰州炼油厂，
后转到中科院兰州物理化学所。
1980年，他获得了北大化学系硕士学位，
之后在亲戚的帮助下，
来到加州大学洛杉叽分校攻读博士学位。
刻苦努力的他在美三年半，
就拿到物理化学博士学位。
此后的16年里，他一直在硅谷工作，
从工程师到高级工程师，
再到自己工作领域的领先者，
他在美国就是优秀华人的典范。
1991年，他来到应用材料领域，
负责应用材料的研究开发工作，
先后就获得了60多个美国和国外的专利，
他所开发或参与开发的产品，
在这个领域占了几乎全世界的50％。
被誉为“硅谷最有成就的华人之一”。
2004年，已经60岁的他，
早已在美国功成名就，可以安享晚年，
而他却在此时，
做了一个令所有人吃惊的决定：
放弃美国的一切，回中国再创业！
他说：我们给外国人做嫁衣，
已经做了很多事情了，
是时候应该给自己祖国的人民做贡献了。
而他不仅是自己一个人回来，
还带领了三十多人的优秀华人团队，
可以说人人都有自己的高端技术武器。
而他的这一举动，
立刻引起了美国安全部门阻挠，
所有人员持有的600多万个文件，
和所有个人电脑被彻底清查，
所有的工艺过程、设计图纸被全被没收。
可这般无理的阻挠更是坚定了他的斗志，
报效祖国的心，激励着他必须突破重围，
顶着一颗脑袋，
他白手起家创办起了：中微半导体。
日本媒体得知此事后惊呼，
半导体技术必将会在中国飞速发展！
时间不等人，已经花甲之年的他，
一切从零开始，日夜追赶，
重新研发申请专利。
在他公司有满满一墙的专利证书，
每一张专利都是他和他的团队，
每天近乎工作16个小时的心血凝结，
其他国家的竞争对手，
每年可以投入七八亿做研发，
而他只有五千万，
在巨大的资金劣势下，
2008年，他的团队成功研发出：
中微半导体刻蚀机。
在如此劣势的基础上，
四年就做出了高性能的刻蚀机？
国外同行表示：不能相信，也无法接受，
于是应用材料和科林这两家国外巨头，
相继对中微半导体提起专利诉讼。
而他们手握关键技术的专利证据，
让两次扩日持久的诉讼，
都以中微半导体获胜告终！
两个美国最大的公司
同时来和一个中国小公司，
打专利战，还打输了，
这在历史上也是绝无仅有的！
2015年，美国商业部工业安全局，
特别发布公告：认识到中国可以做出，
具有国际竞争力的，
而且有大量生产的等离子刻蚀机，
所以决定把等离子刻蚀机，
从美国对中国控制的单子上去掉。
这意味着：
美国承认这项技术，已经被中国赶上，
美国不再具备任何绝对优势！
2017年3月，
当世界上其他的半导体设备巨头
还在向10纳米、7纳米技术进军的时候，
他的团队已再次宣布：掌握5纳米技术，
今年年底，将正式敲定5纳米刻蚀机！
5纳米，什么概念？
它是头发丝万分之一这么小，
要是用这么细小的笔尖，
就可以在一粒大米上，
写出十亿个中文字。
上世纪70年代，当他在北大当研究生时，
北大有一台全国最先进的计算机，
容量128K，占据了两栋大楼共五层楼。
而到了2015年，
已经可以把128G做到一个芯片上。
40年内缩小了1万亿倍！
如果说在工业化时代，
钢铁是工业的“粮食”，
那么在如今的信息化时代，
“芯片”则就是现代工业的“粮食”。
然而，芯片制造在中国痛之已久！
中国芯片行业，曾流传过这么一句话：
除了水和空气，其他全从国外进口的。
2013年我国芯片进口额为1650亿美元，
已超过石油成为第一外汇消耗大户。
我们的国产手机虽然在国内占据了
70%的销售份额，
但80%的利润要被别人拿走。
落后就要挨打，核心技术受制于人，
没有话语权，只能任人宰割。
而芯片进口的原因正是：
我们没有掌握半导体的核心技术，
当世界同行已经在向，
10纳米技术飞速前行时，
中国却还停留在40纳米和28纳米。
整整落后了世界三代！
用半导体制程领域的术语来说：就是N-3，
N代表最先进制程，N-3意味落后世界三代！
而正是他，
从花甲到古稀，回国十多年，
就再次创造了奇迹！
2017年9月2日，华为带着麒麟970，
稳步走上德国IFA2017世界级舞台，
它，在指甲盖大小的芯片里，
安装了55亿颗晶体管！
而苹果只有33亿颗，高通仅31亿颗。
它，支持LTECat.18，
而别家还在Cat.16上举步不前。
在这辉煌的背后，依然是他的身影！
他领导的中微团队走过几千个工艺步骤，
攻克上万个技术难关，终于在这被称为：
“迄今为止人类开发的最复杂技术”上，
突破了外企垄断的局面，
弯道超车直接达到5纳米技术，
中国半导体技术，第一次占领世界至高点。
它就像一个隐形的巨人一般，一直潜伏着，
它终于站起来了！
扬眉吐气，创造历史！
外国独霸的时代结束，
我们可以自豪响亮地喊出：
中国芯，中国造！
而这次，
美国将芯片当做大棒对中国挥舞，
让我们意识到，
落后就要挨打的真理从没变过，
我们必须要自强，要掌握核心技术。
中兴被封杀了，但是，
中国芯的崛起，亦自中兴始！
尹志尧的中国心，

商务部在今天的例行发布会上，就4月17日美国对中兴通讯发布禁令一事给出回应。商务部新闻发言人高峰表示，随时准备采取必要措施，维护中国企业合法权益。

商务部新闻发言人高峰表示，中方将密切关注事态的进展，随时准备采取必要措施，维护中国企业的合法权益。同时，我们也注意到，美方的行径引起了市场对于美国贸易和投资环境的普遍担忧。
美方的行为，表面上是针对中国，但最终伤害的是美国自身，不仅会使其丧失数以万计的就业机会，还会影响成百上千的美国关联企业。
更重要的是，将会动摇国际社会对美国投资和营商环境稳定的信心。希望美方不要自作聪明，否则只会自食其果。
