Hillwalking Hike | North Avatar Mount+Glass Bridge

Xinglong Mountain is a national geopark, and the Xinglong Mountain Tourism Resort is one of the four key scenic spots within the geopark. Xinglong Mountain is at the eastern end of Yanshan Mountains. It is precipitous, with the base of the mountain highest on its northwest side and lowest to the southeast. 

The mountain was formed during the Yanshan Movement, the prehistoric period during which the region surrounding Beijingassumed its current contour. The Henghe canyon, formed through thousands years of erosion, runs north-south through Xinglong Mountain. The transformation of the region as a result of the Yanshan Movement is what gave Xinglong Mountain its complicated geologic configuration.

With the fortuitous opportunity to remain an enclosed complete natural ecosystem complimented by the excellent climatic conditions of the region for more than a quarter millennium, Xinglong Mountain Tourism Resort is now a perfect destination for leisure, sightseeing and ecotourism.

Zhangjiajie Style: In this scenic spot you can also experience the Glass Bridge and Glass Elevator, the beautiful mount as well.

What is not included in the cost?

• Entrance ticket fee: 160RMB/pax as nornal, now only 80RMB for all !!( share this post on your moment and send the screenshot in our wechat group, our trip leader will apply the discount tickets for you)

• Sightseeing car in scenic spot, 40RMB/Pax (Needed)

• Cable car: 60RMB/Pax (it is up to you)

• Glass elevator:40RMB (it is up to you)
  

• Glass bridge: 20RMB for the shoes cover (it is up to you)

• Food and Water: prepare your own water and lunch.

• CETtrips doesn’t include any shopping trips. Don’t worry about that.

• Anything not specifically mentioned as being included can be counted as not included.

Reasons you might not enjoy this trip

• This place is about around 200km away from Beijing, which means we have to stay on the bus about 4 hours, so you would better take a book or a bottle of something with you to kill the time.

Trip Schedule

07:00 Set off to Scenic Spot

No stop during the ride, please drink less water on the bus, it is hard to find a toilet on the way, before you get on our bus, go to toilet firstly.

11:00 Arrive Scenic Spot

If we didnt meet any traffic jams, we can arrive in 4 hours, which is 11:00.

After we arrive at the gate, our trip leader will get tickets for us, During the waiting time, Go to the toilet, and have a group pic before we get inside.

11:00-16:00 Enjoy your time in the spot

Hiking in the mountain in China with best-looking peaks + The Glass bridge and experience the glass elevator! And enjoy the beautiful mountain.

16:00 Go back to Beijing

We suppose to arrive at 20:30 if no traffic jams

Note: If we met bad traffic jams, our trip leader has the right to adjust our schedul, please be patience and cooperated. Any problem happens during the trip, trip leader is more worried than anyone in the bus, hope you can understand.
