Activity requirements:
Have a good command of cycling skills. Participants should obey the instructions of the instructor and wear protective equipment.
Please put away your valuables during the ride. You are not allowed to make phone calls, take photos or listen to music during the ride.
Participants should pay attention to their own safety during the riding tour.
For this activity, please wear outdoor casual sportswear and shoes, portable, shoulder and back.
Take good care of the bike, if it is damage, you need pay according to the price.
Please follow the coach and team leader at all times.
Points for attention when riding with the limiters
Take plenty of water with you if you ride outside. Cycling is an endurance sport. Stay hydrated, especially in the summer.
Obey the traffic rules, don't cut in, and don't fight with others.
Before riding, check the vehicle, whether there is any abnormality, the brake is sensitive or not, and whether the brake skin has worn out, and whether the tires have enough air.
When riding, pay attention and hold on to the handlebars.
For the Covid period, only provide helmets and gloves is not provided. If you have, you can wear such protective gears like kneepads and elbow pads to protect your safety.

One Day Bike Hike Schedule
07:30｜Meet at our meeting point, no waiting and then get on the bus to Yanqing Gui River Park.
09:30｜After arriving, get your bike and check it, our guide will introduce the bike details
10:30｜Follow our guidem and bike to Youjing Park, and enjoy the scenery along the biking route. Along the Yanglong Road, go on biking, we can view the Beauty of Jingyou Park, or have some funny bike game: Bicycle race around the pile.
Qiu feng garden gallery trestle is a good place for photo, you will love it for sure.
11:30｜Take a rest in Qingfeng Park.
12:00｜Your time for Lunch, you can take your own or Join the Chinese BBQ with us(no Muslin food)
13:00｜Get on Daying beacon tower and overlook the world garden yongning pavilion。
14:00｜Go on biking to Guanting Reservoir and enjoy the beautiful reservoir scenery.
15:30｜Back the start point and return our equipment
18:30｜Back to Beijing, service ends。
