是引领三磊设计水平的先锋设计团队，兼具实践性与创新力，由三磊创始合伙人、清华大学博士张华担任设计导师，致力于不同尺度、不同类型建筑项目的原创研发、创新设计及理论研究工作。
Sunlay Lab is a pioneering design team which is raising the design standards of Sunlay through both practicality and creativity. Zhang Hua, the founding partner of Sunlay has taken on a mentorship role within the design team, which is committed to original research and development, innovative designs and theoretical research for construction projects of varying scales and types.

Sunlay Lab applies the practical implementation of architectural creation as a medium, whilst striving to explore the harmonious coexistence of humans, environment and society, and pursuing the creation of buildings that conform to the context of this period whilst belonging to the future. Through the results of in-depth research and design work, Sunlay aims to be a thought leader in the industry, and embraces a symbiotic approach to architecture which offers a harmony between the whole and the individual, reality and demands, the urban environment and nature, and change and precipitation.
