CO-OP简析

在加拿大读过书的都会知道CO-OP这个项目。所谓带薪实习（Cooperative Education），简称CO-OP，是指一个结合学术与实际工作经验的综合教育计划。学生在校期间由校方安排到相应的公司工作，积累实践经验及一部分学分，同时获得一定工资收入。其间学员定期向学校汇报工作情况，CO-OP计划完成后，由学校和公司联合发放证书。

做CO-OP可以积累你的工作经验，这对你毕业以后找工作，帮助太大了。当然，CO-OP也是有一定的缺点的，比如做co-op，你每做一个学期都要交学校一笔钱，每个work term都要写一篇报告，还要评分。工作其间还要让你的老板给你写3次评语，一般学校要求做累计12个月以上的CO-OP，才算毕业。另外CO-OP的学生要做好晚毕业的准备。通常来说，CO-OP的课程需要5年的时间。
