产品研发工程师
MAIN PURPOSE
Product Development Engineer is a role to participate or lead engineering activities in varies of engineering projects, like new product development projects, innovation to idea projects and customized order development, etc. Excellent engineering & technology knowledge, troubleshooting abilities and communication skills are essential to the role. Key objectives will be measured by Marketing Requirements, Quality/Delivery/Cost targets, and to make continuous contribution to the business growth.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
1. Participate or lead engineering activities in varies of engineering projects through IR business operating process, work closely with cross-functional teams to meet MRD requirements and QDC targets;
2. Generate innovation ideas to drive product improvement(product upgrade, quality issues resolutions, etc.) and business growth
3. Participate or lead new technology research to foresee new options, extensions, opportunities for air-compressed systems;
4. Provide technical expertise, support for pre-sales and post-sales activities;
5. Act as subject matter expert with accumulated experience for driving technical excellence internally and externally in the market;
Requirements: Education, Knowledge & Skills
Master degree and above is requited with major in Mechanical, Engineering ,Compressor or Fluid; Airend knowledge is preferred;
Mastering in Pro-E, Croe or UG for drawings; Modeling and Simulation abilities (FEA, CFD, Rotor Dynamics and etc.) are the plus;
Good data management and analytical skills;
Good team work and communication skills; Fluent English in writing and speaking;
Knowledge of Lean tools, DFMEA and Six Sigma tools a plus.

MAIN PURPOSE
The IoT engineer position is a key role in Electrical System Engineering Department to manage IoT ecosystem, which includes system optimization, data value mining, function development, data model establishing and so forth.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
1. Join IR AP IoT project development, work with team to optimize system structure and achieve data transferring with existing service operation systems, as well as customer portal;
2. Responsible for big data analysis, work out data models and give cross functional teams valuable inputs, such as service notification, design risks and business opportunities;
3. Continuously system upgrade along with IoT technology development in industry, pay attention on new tech and leverage it to enhance IR system;
4. Work with 3rd party to develop data model of sub-system of IR compressor to achieve self-diagnostic and self-adjustment;
5. Work with cross functional teams, such as Service, Sales, IT, Commercial excellence, helping them to develop multiple data models and achieve business growth.
Requirements: Education, Knowledge & Skills
Master degree and above with Major in Automation or Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
Software and IoT background is a plus;

MAIN PURPOSE
· The Digital transformation including digital marketing (incl. E-Commerce) is strategic imperative for Industrial Tech. and Services, Asia Pacific SBU for next few years.
· The Digital Marketing Role is to fully develop and utilizing Internet and other digital media and technologies to support ‘modern marketing’, including E-commerce, Customer Life Plan through Marketing Automation, Personalized marketing content, email marketing, etc.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for handling the development and execution of numerous digital projects that advance the marketing strategy of the company
· Manage and execute e-commerce projects and deliver growth through various new e-channels.

MAIN PURPOSE
· The Product Manager is the advanced/senior position for a product management specialist.
· The Product Manager role is central to the product management function. A Product Manager is responsible for one or more closely related product/service lines, and usually reports to a Portfolio Manager, who is responsible for a broader portfolio of related product/service lines.
· The Product Manager role is responsible for the product strategy/roadmap, managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering and operations to deliver growth. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
· The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. This person should possess strong analytical skills to allow him/her to make decisions around a product(s) line(s) to accelerate profitable growth. He/She will be fully responsible for – and accountable to – meeting or exceeding Ingersoll-Rand’s organic revenue growth targets, maintaining or growing market share and expanding contribution margin.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
IN-LINE: Product/Service Management
· Conduct regular industry, market and competitor analyses, including detailed segmentations of end consumers and customers
· Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to review and adjust the marketing strategy, plan (including targeted programs and promotions) and countermeasures for all existing product/service lines based on performance
· Interacts with engineering to ensure product design, quality, reliabilty and profitability goals are met
· Recommend product/service changes to the engineering or service fulfillment teams based on customer feedback, product/service line reviews or opportunities for productivity enhancement
· Provide leadership to drive consistency in NPD process, VAVE, quality and reliability to meet and exceed customer expectations
GDLO: New Product/Service Launch Process
· Lead/coordinate efforts to understand unmet customer needs for new products/services or line extensions and make recommendations on the product/service features that need to be developed/included
· Initiate projects for new or updated products/services or line extensions and prioritize portfolio of projects under development on a regular basis
· Lead the execution of the required analyses to determine the recommended prices and pricing policies for new or updated products/services or extensions
· Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement a marketing strategy and plan (including targeted programs and promotions) for each new or updated product/service or extension
· Coordinate with the sales team to determine the best distribution strategy for each new or updated product/service or line extension.
· Lead the launch of new or updated products/services or line extensions and ensure that all the volume, profitability and quality targets defined in the respective business cases are met or exceeded.
Product Strategy and Roadmap
· Conduct regularly scheduled, customer-focused portfolio reviews of all product/service lines under management, enabling effective decisions related to product lifecycle management (including product rationalization)
· Develop and maintain a product roadmap for all assigned product/service lines
· Quantify growth opportunities that would allow IR to participate in markets that are growing faster and most profitably

1. Mechanical / Engineering / Automation / Business / Math background
2. Strong data analytical capabilities - Knowledge of statistics, and its applications to analyzing data
3. Business Acumen — Knowledge of principles of business strategy and execution including: product/portfolio management strategies, supply chain management and financial indicators
