1a Look at the ways you could help people in the picture. Then list other ways. (看图片中你能帮助别人的方式。然后列出其他方式,完成1a。)
help clean up the city parks (帮忙打扫)
visit the sick children in the hospital (在医院看望生病的孩子)
help stop hunger (帮助阻止饥饿)
I hope to work outside.(我希望到外面去工作)
You could help to clean up the city parks.(你可以帮忙打扫城市公园)
知识点突破:
一、 help的用法:
help sb. to do sth.\ help sb. do sth. 帮助某人做某事
help sb. with sth. 在某方面帮助某人
with the help of … 在…的帮助下
例句:
1、 王老师帮助我学好了英语。 Mr. Wang helped me _____ ______ English well.
2、 在王老师的帮助下, 我学好了英语。I learned English well _____ ____
_______ _____ Mr. Wang.
3、 多亏了王先生,他在英语方面帮助了我很多。______ ____ Mr. Wang , he helped me a lot ______ _______.
二、 hope 的用法
1、 hope to do sth. 希望做某事。(注意:没有hope sb. to do sth之说)
例句:I hope to get good grades.(我希望取得好成绩。)
2、 hope that + 完整的句子。例句:I hope that everything goes on well.(我希望一切顺利。)
3、 hope so 希望如此!A: Tomorrow will be sunny. B: I hope so.
三、 could 情态动词,后面接动词原形,其否定形式为couldn’t.
Other ways you could help people:
We could help to plant some trees.(我们可以帮忙种树)
We could offer our seats to the old.(我们可以为老人们让座)
We could care for the old in Old People’s Home.(我们可以在养老院照顾老人)
We could help the bind cross the road.(我们可以帮助盲人过马路)
1b Listen and number the ways the boy and girl could help others.(听并且用数字标出这些男孩儿和女孩儿可以帮助别人的方式)
