昨晚好不容易下决心去跑步，
刚跑完两公里，突然下起了瓢泼大雨，
心中无限沮丧，只能中止锻炼！
我今天表现超好，

如果不下雨，我肯定可以轻松地跑完全程-4公里。
其实我晚上一直在纠结，找各种理由不想跑步
