临床病人的各种卧位英文大汇总（2）

上一期给大家介绍了临床上病人常见的卧位，

例如 Fowler's position, low-Fowler's position,

今天我们继续介绍临床常见的Positions，

1. Prone position：俯卧位

The client is lying on the abdomen with head turned to the side.

病人俯卧，头偏一侧

2. Supine position：仰卧位

The client is lying on the back.

病人平卧。

3. Lateral (side-lying) position：侧卧位

The client is lying on the side and the head and shoulders are aligned with the hips and the spine and are parallel to the edge of the mattress. 

病人侧卧床一侧，头、肩、臀、脊柱保持一条直线，并与床垫边缘平行。

 4. Sims’ position：辛氏卧位

The client is lying on the side with body turned prone at 45 degrees. The lower leg is extended, with the upper leg flexed at the hip and knee to 45- to 90- degree angle.

病人侧卧，身体向一侧倾斜45度，下腿伸直，上腿弯曲，膝关节45-90度。 

5. Right Lateral Recumbent （RLR）右侧卧位

The right lateral recumbent means that the client is lying on their right side.

RLR指的是病人往右侧躺。

6. Left Lateral Recumbent （LLR）左侧卧位

The left lateral recumbent means that the client is lying on their left side.

LLR指的是病人往左侧躺。 

 7. Dorsal Recumbent Position: 屈膝仰卧位

The client is lying flat on ones back with their knees flexed upward and outward while the soles of the feet rest flat on the surface.

病人平躺，双膝弯曲稍向外展，双脚放平。 

8. Trendelenburg position：头低脚高位

The bed is tilted so that the client’s head of the bed is down.

病床倾斜，床头下降。

9. Reverse Trendelenburg position：头高脚低位

The bed is tilted so that the client’s foot of the bed is down.

床倾斜，床尾抬高。 

10. Knee-chest position:  膝胸卧位

Knee-chest position is used for gynecologic or rectal examination.

膝胸卧位用于妇产科或直肠检查。 

11. Lithotomy position：截石位

The client is lying on the back with the hips and knees flexed at right angles and the feet in stirrups.

病人平躺，臀部和膝关节适当弯曲，双脚放置于脚架。 

12. Jackknife position 折叠卧位

The client is placed on the stomach with the hips flexed and the knees bent at a 90-degree angle and the arms outstretched in front of the client. Examination and instrumentation of the rectum or introducing a urethral sound  are facilitated by this position.

病人俯卧，髋关节屈曲，膝关节呈90°，双臂向前。直肠检查或使用仪器、或放置尿道探子等可采用此卧位。（Jackknife是一种折刀，因卧位像一把折刀，因此称为折叠卧位）

13. Rose position 玫瑰卧位（头仰颈伸，肩部垫高位）

Rose position is a position in which a client is placed while undergoing a tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy. In this position both the head and neck are extended. This is done by keeping a sand bag under the patient's shoulder blades. This position owes its name to a staff nurse by name Rose who suggested this position to the surgeon.

玫瑰卧位一般用于扁桃体或腺体切除术，病人采用头后仰，颈伸位，肩胛下放置沙袋垫高。此卧位的命名来于一名叫Rose的护士，她向医生建议手术时采用时卧位。
