Notification on COVID Prevention & Control in Dongguan (No.63)

Given the current situation of epidemic prevention and control in Dongguan City, in order to further strengthen enclosed business premises prevention and control, we hereby notify the adjustment of relevant epidemic prevention and control measures as follows:

1. Karaokes, cinemas, theatres, chess & card rooms, Internet cafes, book shops, karaoke halls, bars, studios for role-playing games, escape rooms, museums, libraries, gyms, indoor swimming pools, foot massage, bathing centres (SPA), health centres (physiotherapy centres) should be equipped with a "location code", and strictly implement virus containment measures such as disinfection, checking temperature, scanning location codes, wearing masks, and limiting visitors. Employees should ensure ventilation, cleaning and disinfection in these premises and increases the frequency of taking nucleic acid tests. Itinerary cards must be strictly checked before entering. People with a travel history to the county (city, district or area) where the medium- and high-risk areas are located or whose health code shows red or yellow must be denied access.

2. From July 12th to 14th, the above-mentioned business premises must strictly cap their consumer flows at 75% of the approved capacity.

3. Operators of enclosed business premises must earnestly fulfil their responsibilities, and people shall be the first responsible person for their own health, remember and cooperate with the epidemic prevention measures such as taking temperature checks, wearing masks, scanning the location code, and showing your itinerary card. Enterprises and individuals who fail to perform their responsibilities and comply with the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control and therefore cause the further spread of the virus will be held legally liable in accordance with the law.

4. Residents shall voluntarily abide by the epidemic prevention regulations, pay close attention to the latest pandemic-related information, develop anti-epidemic habits and maintain good hygiene by wearing masks, washing hands regularly, keeping clean, and using serving chopsticks. Please practice proper self-health monitoring. Individuals who experience fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell etc., shall wear the mask and go to a nearby fever clinic immediately, during which public transportation should be avoided.

These measures will be adjusted on a dynamic basis following the developments of prevention and control. Thanks to the operators and citizens for their understanding, support and cooperation in preventing and controlling the epidemic in the city.

根据目前我市疫情防控形势，为进一步加强密闭经营场所疫情防控工作，现就调整有关疫情防控措施通告如下：

一、卡拉OK（KTV)、电影院、影剧院、棋牌室、网吧、书吧、歌厅、酒吧、剧本杀、密室逃脱、博物馆、图书馆、健身场所、室内游泳馆、沐足、洗浴中心（SPA）、养生馆（理疗馆）要设置“场所码”，严格落实消毒、测温、扫场所码、戴口罩、限流等防控措施，场所要加强通风换气、清洁消毒，加密工作人员核酸检测频次。对进入密闭经营场所人员要严格询问行程，行程有中、高风险区所在县（市、区、旗）旅居史的人员或红、黄码人员不予接待。

二、7月12日至14日，以上密闭经营场所要严格控制人员接待量不超过核定人数的75%。

三、密闭经营场所经营者要切实履行主体责任，群众要当好自身健康第一责任人，督促和配合执行测温、戴口罩、扫场所码、查验行程的防疫措施。对不履行主体责任、拒不执行防疫要求造成疫情传播的企业和个人，将依法追究责任。

四、群众要自觉遵守防疫规定，密切关注我市疫情防控动态，自觉养成防疫习惯，坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常清洁、用公筷等良好卫生习惯；做好自我健康监测，如出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅觉减退等不适症状，立即前往就近发热门诊就诊，就医途中全程佩戴口罩，避免乘坐公共交通工具。

上述措施后续将根据疫情防控形势动态调整。感谢经营者和市民对我市疫情防控的理解、支持和配合。
