Adjustment of epidemic risk level in DG & more track unveiled

According to the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)" and given the current epidemic prevention and control work, starting from July 12, 2022, the epidemic risk level in several areas of Songshan Lake and Tangxia Town have been adjusted as follows:

1. High-risk areas

• Unit 2, Building 8, Shanheyu'an, Everbright City Phase II, Songshan Lake (松山湖光大二期山河语岸8栋2单元)

• No. 2, Lane 2, Second Street, Lianhu Community, Tangxia Town (塘厦镇莲湖社区二街二巷2号)

High-risk areas implement closed-off management, residents should stay at home, and the community will provide door-to-door services. When no new local cases are reported in the area for 7 consecutive days, and on the 7th day, all residents in the risk area test negative, the area can be adjusted to a medium-risk area. When there are no new infections for another 3 consecutive days, the area can be adjusted to a low-risk area.

2. Medium-risk areas

• Shanheyu'an, Everbright City Phase II, Songshan Lake (松山湖光大二期山河语岸)  

• the enclosed area surrounded with the 2nd Street Lane, Liantangchun, Lane 1 Lianhu 2nd Street, Lianhu Middle Road, Lianhu Community, Tangxia Town (except the high-risk areas) (塘厦镇莲湖社区二街巷、莲湖莲塘唇、莲湖二街一巷、莲湖中路合围区).

Medium-risk areas implement controlled management. Residents should stay in the community and pick things at different times. When no new local cases are reported in the area for 7 consecutive days, and on the 7th day, all residents in the risk area test negative, the area can be adjusted to a low-risk area.

These adjustments shall come into effect from July 12, and will be adjusted on a dynamic basis following the developments of prevention and control.

The in-depth epidemiological investigation to trace the source of infection of the cases reported yesterday (Updates on the COVID-19 situation in Dongguan (July 12)) and further investigate their travel history and personnel contacts are still underway. Close contacts and secondary-close contacts that have been tracked have been put under control as required. 

Citizens who have been to the following places or have taken the vehicle (license plate number: Yue ADY9989) since July 5, please take the initiative to report immediately to the community, employers or hotel where you live.

Qingxi Town:
