Updates on the COVID-19 situation in Dongguan (Sept. 15)

From 00:00-12:00 on September 15, Dongguan reported 1 asymptomatic case who was identified during the period of centralized quarantine. Detailed information is as follows:

9月15日0—12时，我市新增1例无症状感染者，为集中隔离发现，情况如下：

Asymptomatic case: Female, 33, an employee of a company on Jiuxing Road, Xitailong Village, Shatian Town, and living in the village. On September 1, 4, 6, 9, 11, her nucleic acid test results were all negative.

无症状感染者：女，33岁，居住在沙田镇西太隆村，工作单位为沙田镇西太隆村就兴路某公司。9月1日、4日、6日、9日和11日新冠病毒核酸检测结果均为阴性。

The case was a close contact of the previously asymptomatic case reported during 00:00-18:00 on September 14, and tested positive during the period of centralized quarantine. She was transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and medical observation in a closed-loop procedure, and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic case after further examination and expert consultation.

为我市9月14日0—18时报告的无症状感染者的密切接触者，在集中隔离期间检出新冠病毒核酸阳性。现已闭环转运至新冠肺炎定点收治医院隔离医学观察。经进一步检查和专家会诊，诊断为新冠肺炎无症状感染者。

The traced close contacts and sub-close contacts have been under management as required. The residence community of the positive case has been under controlled, and environmental nucleic acid sampling and terminal disinfection have been carried out in all venues involved.

市、镇两级正深入开展流行病学调查，全面排查该无症状感染者在我市的活动轨迹和人员接触情况，对追踪到的密切接触者、次密接者均已按照要求进行管控。该无症状感染者的居住地已实施管控，活动过的重点场所已进行环境核酸采样和终末消毒。

To eliminate the risk of the spread of the epidemic, citizens who have been to the following places at the following times, please take the initiative to report immediately to the community, employers or hotel where you live, and  cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work. People who experience fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), nasal congestion, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhoea should go to a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible. 

为排除疫情传播风险，市民如在以下时间到过下列场所，请立即主动向居住地社区、工作单位或居住酒店报备，并配合做好疫情防控措施。如出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅 （味）觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状者，请及时前往发热门诊就诊。

There are sporadic domestic outbreaks and local outbreaks of COVID-19, and the epidemic prevention and control situation in surrounding cities are grim and complex. In addition, it is the peak time for students to go back to school and people return to work after the Mid-Autumn Festival. The general public is requested to consciously abide by the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations, firmly establishing the awareness that "everyone is responsible for their own health". Please wear masks properly, wash hands frequently, ensure good ventilation and maintain social distancing. Before entering public places, citizens should cooperate with the anti-epidemic measures such as taking temperature checks, wearing a mask, scanning the venue code and showing their itinerary card. Please participate in the nucleic acid tests organized by the village, community or unit where you are located.

当前国内疫情呈现多点散发、多地频发、局部暴发态势，周边地市疫情仍未完全阻断，适逢开学季和中秋节后返程高峰，人员流动频繁，疫情防控形势严峻复杂。请广大市民群众自觉遵守疫情防控相关规定，牢固树立“每个人都是自己健康的第一责任人”意识，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手、常通风，保持社交距离。进入公共场所，要自觉遵守测温、戴口罩、扫场所码、查验行程卡等各项疫情防控措施，积极参加所在村（社区）、单位组织的核酸检测。

According to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control:

1. Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from or through medium- or high-risk areas or the areas where COVID-19 cases have been reported within 7 days, please report immediately to the community, employers or hotel where you live, and cooperate with health management work including medical isolation and observation or health monitoring.

1. 近7天内有中、高风险区旅居史或与阳性感染者活动轨迹有交集的来（返）莞人员，请务必第一时间主动向所在社区、工作单位或所住酒店报备，并配合做好医学隔离观察或健康监测等健康管理工作。

2. When taking airplanes, trains, inter-provincial coaches, inter-provincial passenger ships and other vehicles, passengers must have a negative PCR test result within 48 hours.

2. 旅客须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车、跨省客运船舶等交通工具。

Nucleic acid sampling are encouraged to conduct at the station for passengers upon arrival. In accordance with the principle of "free and voluntary to take nucleic acid tests without restrictions on movement", inter-provincial passengers can take a nucleic acid test at the station immediately upon arrival. The results can be viewed in the health code.

推广“落地检”。按照“自愿免费即采即走，不限制流动”的原则，跨省流动人员抵达目的地后，第一时间开展核酸采样。按照要求，及时完成核酸检测，并将核酸检测结果纳入健康码，方便群众查询检测结果。

3. Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from medium- and high-risk areas in Shenzhen shall undergo centralized quarantine and home-based quarantine  as required.

3. 深圳中、高风险地区来（返）莞人员按要求进行集中、居家隔离。

Citizens with travel history to Shenzhen (except the above-mentioned areas) on the itinerary card should maintain a negative PCR test result within 24 hours during their stay in Dongguan. In the first 7 days when arriving in Dongguan, they should keep to themselves in their residence and workplaces. Please avoid gatherings, not go to crowded places, and take good personal protection when going out.

行程卡有深圳旅居史的人员（除上述区域外）在莞期间须保持24小时核酸阴性。来（返）莞后7天内两点（工作点和居住点）一线，外出时严格做好个人防护，不聚集、不去人员密集的场所。

4. Starting from September 1, individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from the low-risk areas in Chengdu, Sichuan Province (from the date of leaving Chengdu), should practice self-health monitoring at home for 5 days and not go out during the period. They should receive nucleic acid tests on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day, respectively. Their inmates should practice proper self-health monitoring, and keep to themselves in their residence and workplaces. They shall avoid taking buses, subway and other public transportation, and avoid dinners and other gathering activities.

4. 9月1日起，四川省成都市非中高风险区的来（返）莞人员，抵莞后实施5天严格居家健康监测（从离开成都之日起算），居家健康监测期间不外出，第1、3、5天各开展一次核酸检测。同住人员做好个人健康监测，严格落实住家与单位之间两点一线活动，避免乘坐公交地铁等公共交通工具，不得参加聚会聚餐、聚集性活动。

5. Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from other cities (besides Shenzhen and Chengdu) should take nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days upon arrival (with an interval of at least 24 hours) for free and practice self-health monitoring. It is recommended to avoid gatherings, refrain from unnecessary outings, and not go to crowded places within 7 days. Please take personal protection when going out. 

5. 倡导外市（除深圳、成都）来（返）莞人员进行核酸“三天两检”（3天内完成2次核酸检测，间隔24小时），并做好自我健康监测。7天内不聚集，不串门，不去人员密集的场所，外出时严格做好个人防护。

6. The general public is suggested not heading for the areas with locally transmitted cases including Tibet, Qinghai and Chengdu unless necessary. 

6. 非必要不前往西藏、青海、成都等涉疫地区。

7. Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from the low-risk areas in Tibet Autonomous Region and Qinghai Province should practice self-health monitoring at home for 3 days (from the date of leaving Tibet and Qinghai) and not go out during the period. They should receive a nucleic acid test on the 1st and 3rd day, respectively, and are advised to take a nucleic acid test on the 5th and 7th day, respectively.

7. 有西藏、青海非中高风险地区旅居史的来（返）莞人员实施3天居家健康监测（从离开西藏、青海之日起算），居家健康监测期间不外出，第1、3天各开展1次核酸检测，倡导在第5、第7天各接受一次核酸检测。

Residents who have not completed the whole course of the COVID-19 vaccine should take the initiative to go to the designated vaccination point to vaccinate with the vaccine. People who experience fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), nasal congestion, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhoea should go to a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible. They shall practise proper self-protection and avoid public transportation in such cases.

未完成新冠病毒疫苗全程接种的，要主动到指定接种点接种新冠疫苗。如出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅 （味）觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状，做好个人防护，避免乘坐公共交通工具，及时到就近的医疗机构发热门诊就诊。
