Adjustment of epidemic risk level in areas of Shatian

Given the current epidemic prevention and control work in Shatian Town and according to the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)", starting from September 15, 2022, the epidemic risk level in several areas have been adjusted as follows:

根据当前沙田镇疫情防控工作需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经专家组研判，自2022年9月15日起，调整我镇相关风险区域和防控措施如下：

1. High-risk area

一、高风险区

• the enclosed area through the north to Weisheng Shoe Material Factory, the east to Huamei Road, the south to Jiuxing Road (in front of Yunda Express) and the west to the road along Xitailong River; the residences to the south of No. 53, Xingzhou Road; and the staff dormitory of Haiteng International Terminal.

  北至伟升鞋材厂、东至华美路、南至就兴路（韵达快递门前）、西至西太隆河沿河道路合围区域及兴洲路53号以南周边住宅，沙田镇海腾国际码头员工宿舍。

High-risk area implements closed-off management, residents should stay at home, and the community will provide door-to-door services. When no new local cases are reported in the area for 7 consecutive days, and on the 7th day, all residents in the risk area test negative, the area can be adjusted to a medium-risk area. When there are no new infections for another 3 consecutive days, the management can be adjusted to normalized prevention and control measures. 

实行封控措施，期间“足不出户、上门服务”。区域内连续7天无新增感染者，且第7天风险区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为中风险区；连续3天无新增感染者降为常态化防控区域。

2. Medium-risk area

二、中风险区

• Fulusha Village and Xitailong Village, Shatian Town (except the above high-risk areas).
  

  沙田镇福禄沙村（除高风险区）、西太隆村（除高风险区）。

Medium-risk areas implement controlled management. Residents should stay in the residential quarters and pick things at different times. Residents can go out with a pass to buy daily necessities, take nucleic acid tests, and carry out the garbage within the specified time period. When no new local cases are reported in the area for 7 consecutive days, and on the 7th day, all residents in the risk area test negative, the area can be adjusted to a low-risk area.

实行管控措施，期间“人不出区、错峰取物”，居民凭出行卡在规定时间内，确保错峰外出购置生活物资、接受核酸检测，投放垃圾。区域内连续7天无新增感染者，且第7天风险区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为低风险区。

3. Low-risk area

三、低风险区

• Shatian Town (except the above medium and high-risk areas)

  沙田镇全域（除中高风险区）。

Low-risk areas implement the management measures of "strengthening social control and strictly restricting the gathering". Residents should strengthen personal protection, refrain from going outdoors, avoid gatherings and not leave the areas unless necessary. Those who need to leave for medical treatment or specific official duties must show 2 negative nucleic acid reports within 48 hours before leaving.

该区域实行“强化社会面管控、严格限制人员聚集”管理措施，区域内人员做好个人防护，尽量减少外出，严格限制聚集性活动。低风险区内居民非必要不离开，如因就医、特定公务等确需出入的，持48小时内两次核酸检测阴性证明可离开。

These adjustments shall come into effect from 16:00 on September 15, 2022, and will be adjusted on a dynamic basis following the developments of prevention and control. 

以上措施自2022年9月15日16时起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。
