Implement " PCR test upon arrival."

推广“落地检”

When taking airplanes, trains, inter-provincial coaches, inter-provincial passenger ships and other vehicles, passengers must have a negative PCR test result within 48 hours.

旅客须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车、跨省客运船舶等交通工具。

The city should set sampling points in every station so passengers can e a nucleic acid test upon arrival. In accordance with the principle of "free, voluntary and no restrictions on movement", inter-provincial passengers should take a nucleic acid test at the station immediately upon arrival. The results can be viewed in the health code.

推广“落地检”。按照“自愿免费即采即走，不限制流动”的原则，跨省流动人员抵达目的地后，第一时间开展核酸采样。按照要求，及时完成核酸检测，并将核酸检测结果纳入健康码，方便群众查询检测结果。

Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from other cities (besides Jiamusi City and Aihui District, Heihe City) should take nucleic acid tests twice within three days upon arrival (with an interval of at least 24 hours) and practice self-health monitoring. It is recommended to avoid gatherings, refrain from unnecessary outings, and not go to crowded places within seven days. Please take personal protection when going out.

倡导外市（除佳木斯市、黑河市爱辉区）来（返）莞人员进行核酸“三天两检”

三天两检：3天内完成2次核酸检测（间隔24小时），并做好自我健康监测。7天内不聚集，不串门，不去人员密集的场所，外出时严格做好个人防护。

At the same time, residents should continue strengthening personal protection awareness. Please wear masks properly, maintain social distancing and maintain good personal hygiene. Remember to wear masks, keep social distancing, cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, wash hands frequently, and ensure good ventilation as much as possible.

同时，请保持良好的个人防护意识，坚持“防疫三件套”：佩戴口罩、社交距离、个人卫生。牢记“防护五还要”：口罩还要戴、社交距离还要留、咳嗽喷嚏还要遮、双手还要经常洗、窗户还要尽量开。

People who experience fever, cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell (taste), or other symptoms should go to a nearby fever clinic with a disposable medical mask as soon as possible. They shall avoid public transportation in such cases.

如出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻、乏力、味（嗅）觉减退等症状，要佩戴一次性医用口罩及以上级别口罩，及时到就近的发热门诊进行排查和诊疗，就医过程尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具。

Teachers and students are encouraged to stay in Dongguan during the National Day holiday and reduce cross-province or cross-city travel as much as possible. Please do not travel to cities with medium or high-risk areas unless necessary.Teachers and students who have a history of travelling to regions with medium or high-risk areas shall be given health management, and the others who leave Dongguan could return to school with a negative 24-hour nucleic acid test certificate after completing the nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days.

倡导师生员工国庆假期在本地过节，尽量减少跨地市出行，非必要不前往中高风险地区。所有假期跨地市出行师生员工，有中高风险地区旅居史的按风险地区来（返）莞人员进行健康管理，无中高风险地区旅居史的在完成核酸“三天两检”后并凭24小时核酸检测阴性证明返校。

Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from medium- and high-risk areas in Shenzhen shall undergo centralized quarantine and home-based quarantine as required.

深圳中、高风险地区来（返）莞人员按要求进行集中、居家隔离。

Citizens with a travel history to Shenzhen (except in the areas mentioned above) on the itinerary card should maintain a negative PCR test result within 48 hours, take nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days upon arrival (with an interval of at least 24 hours) and practice self-health monitoring. It is recommended to avoid gatherings, refrain from unnecessary outings, and not go to crowded places within 7 days. Please take personal protection when going out. 

有深圳旅居史的来（返）莞人员（除上述区域外），查验48小时核酸阴性证明，3天内完成2次核酸检测（间隔24小时），并做好自我健康监测。7天内不聚集，不串门，不去人员密集的场所，外出时严格做好个人防护。

Commuters travelling between Dongguan and Shenzhen should maintain a negative PCR test result within 48 hours and better keep a 24-hour negative nucleic acid report. 

莞深通勤人员在保持48小时核酸阴性前提下倡导增加核酸检测频次，建议保持24小时核酸阴性。

Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from the low-risk areas in Jiamusi City and Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province (from the date of leaving the regions), should practice self-health monitoring at home for 5 days and not go out during the period. They should receive nucleic acid tests on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day, respectively. Their inmates should practice proper self-health monitoring and keep to themselves in their residences and workplaces. Please avoid taking buses, subway and other public transportation, and avoid dinners and other gathering activities.

有黑龙江省佳木斯市、黑河市爱辉区城区非中高风险区的来（返）莞人员，抵莞后实施5天严格居家健康监测（从离开佳木斯市、黑河市爱辉区城区之日起算），居家健康监测期间不外出，第1、3、5天各开展一次核酸检测。同住人员做好个人健康监测，严格落实住家与单位之间两点一线活动，避免乘坐公交地铁等公共交通工具，不得参加聚会聚餐、聚集性活动。

Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from the low-risk areas in Tibet Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Qinghai Province should practice self-health monitoring at home for 3 days (from the date of leaving the regions) and not go out during the period. They should receive a nucleic acid test on the 1st and 3rd day, respectively, and are advised to take a nucleic acid test on the 5th and 7th day, respectively.

有西藏、新疆、青海非中高风险地区旅居史的来（返）莞人员实施3天居家健康监测（从离开西藏、新疆、青海之日起算），居家健康监测期间不外出，第1、3天各开展1次核酸检测，倡导在第5、第7天各接受一次核酸检测。

Inbound personnel (including those from Hong Kong and Taiwan)

入境人员（含香港、台湾入境人员）

The inbound personnel should practice a centralized quarantine for seven days of medical observation and self-health monitoring at home for 3 days. They should receive a nucleic acid test on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day, and on the 1st and 3rd during the home-based monitoring period, respectively. Please only go out after getting negative results.

实施7天集中隔离医学观察+3天居家健康监测，第1、2、3、5、7天和居家健康监测第1、3天各开展一次核酸检测，核酸检测结果未出前，避免外出。

Inbound from Macao

澳门入境人员

Before coming (returning) to Dongguan, please voluntarily report to the community, employers and hotel where you live. They should hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate. After entering Zhuhai, the inbound person should take a COVID test at the port, complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days (with an interval of 24 hours), and conduct self-health monitoring. It is recommended to avoid gatherings, refrain from unnecessary outings, and not go to crowded places within 7 days. Please take personal protection when going out. 

来（返）莞前主动向目的地所在社区、单位、酒店报备，持48小时核酸阴性证明入境，入境珠海自愿自费在口岸进行采样，3天内完成2次核酸检测（间隔24小时），并做好自我健康监测。期间建议不聚集，不串门，不去人员密集的场所，外出时严格做好个人防护。

Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from the high-risk areas in 7 days should practice a centralized quarantine for seven days of medical observation and receive a nucleic acid test on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day, respectively.

近7天内有高风险区旅居史来（返）莞人员，实施7天集中隔离医学观察，第1、2、3、5、7天各开展一次核酸检测。

Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from the medium-risk areas in 7 days should practice a home-based quarantine for seven days of medical observation and receive a nucleic acid test on the 1st, 4th and 7th day, respectively.

近7天内有中风险区旅居史来（返）莞人员，实施7天居家隔离医学观察，第1、4、7天各开展一次核酸检测。

Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan are requested to take nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days upon arrival (with an interval of at least 24 hours) and practice self-health monitoring.

实施3天内完成两次核酸检测（间隔24小时），并做好自我健康监测。

Traveling from Dongguan

离开东莞

1.Do not visit the cities where the high- or medium-risk areas are located unless necessary. Before travelling, residents should learn about the epidemic prevention and control information and relevant policies of the destination in advance and strictly follow the appropriate health management measures after returning to Dongguan. 

非必要不前往中、高风险地区所在市。出行前，请查询目的地疫情防控政策，返莞后需严格落实相关健康管理措施。

2.Please wear a mask throughout the trip, and cooperate with the staff to check the health code and measure the temperature. When taking airplanes, trains, inter-provincial coaches, inter-provincial passenger ships and other vehicles, passengers must have a negative PCR test result within 48 hours.

全程佩戴口罩，配合工作人员查验健康码，测温。旅客需持有48小时内核酸检测阴性证明乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车、跨省客运船舶等交通工具。

Entering scenic areas or hotel

进入东莞景区或入住酒店

1.A green health code and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours are required in hotels, scenic areas and other crowded places. 

宾馆、酒店住宿和进入旅游景区要查验健康码和72小时内核酸检测阴性证明；

2.Scenic spots shall implement the requirements of "limited visitors, reservation and staggering time" and are limited to 75% of the carrying capacity.

景区景点落实“限量、预约、错峰”要求，接待游客数量不得超过核定接待人数的75%；

3.Prevention and control measures such as disinfection, temperature measurement, scanning "venue code," and wearing a mask properly should be strictly implemented in enclosed business places.

密闭经营场所要严格落实消毒、测温、扫“场所码”、正确佩戴口罩等防控措施。

Individuals coming (returning) to Dongguan from or through medium- or high-risk areas or the areas where COVID-19 cases have been reported within 7 days, please report immediately to the community, employers or hotel where you live, and cooperate with health management work, including medical isolation and observation or health monitoring.

近7天内有中、高风险区旅居史或与阳性感染者活动轨迹有交集的来（返）莞人员，请务必第一时间主动向所在社区、工作单位或所住酒店报备，并配合做好医学隔离观察或健康监测等健康管理工作。
