Updates on the COVID-19 situation in Dongguan (Oct. 13)

From 00:00 to 12:00 on October 13, Dongguan reported 3 asymptomatic cases in Humen Town. Among them, two cases were identified during the period of centralized quarantine and the other one was found among the key personal in the non-closed-loop management group. Detailed information is as follows:

10月13日0—12时，我市虎门镇新增3例无症状感染者，其中2例在集中隔离发现，1例在非闭环管理重点人员筛查发现，情况如下：

Asymptomatic case 1 (identified during centralized quarantine): Male, 47, a porter, living in Yangang Community in Humen Town. He's a close contact of the positive case reported from 00:00-12:00 on October 11. He tested negative on October 4 and October 11. The case was put under centralized quarantine control on October 11 and tested positive during the period.

无症状感染者1（集中隔离发现）：男，47岁，搬运工，居住在虎门镇宴岗社区。为10月11日0—12时报告阳性个案的密切接触者。10月4日、11日新冠病毒核酸检测结果均为阴性。10月11日纳入管控，在集中隔离期间检出新冠病毒核酸阳性。

Asymptomatic case 2 (identified during centralized quarantine): Male, 51, a truck driver. He's a close contact of the positive case reported from 12:00-18:00 on October 12. He tested negative on October 10 and October 12. The case was put under centralized quarantine control on October 12 and tested positive during the period.

无症状感染者2（集中隔离发现）：男，51岁，货车司机。为10月12日12—18时报告阳性个案的密切接触者。10月10日、12日新冠病毒核酸检测结果均为阴性。10月12日纳入管控，在集中隔离期间检出新冠病毒核酸阳性。

Asymptomatic case 3 (found among the key personal in the non-closed-loop management group): Female, 8, living in Shajiao Community, Humen Town. She tested negative on October 5 and from October 7-9. On October 5, she tested positive in the initial COVID screening. The result remained positive after re-collection and re-examination by Dongguan CDC.

无症状感染者3（非闭环管理重点人员筛查发现）：女，8岁，居住在虎门镇沙角社区。10月5日、10月7—9日、11日新冠病毒核酸检测结果均为阴性。10月12日初筛结果呈新冠病毒核酸阳性，后经市疾控中心检测为新冠病毒核酸阳性。

The three cases were transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and medical observation in a closed-loop procedure and diagnosed as asymptomatic cases after further examination and expert consultation.

3名无症状感染者现均已闭环转运至新冠肺炎定点收治医院隔离治疗。经进一步检查和专家会诊，均诊断为新冠肺炎无症状感染者。

To eliminate the risk of the spread of the epidemic, citizens who have been to the following places at the following times, please take the initiative to report immediately to the community, employers or hotel where you live, and cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures including isolation and medical observation, health monitoring and participating in nucleic acid testing. People who experience fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), nasal congestion, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhoea should go to a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible.

为排除疫情传播风险，市民如在以下时间到过下列场所，请立即主动向居住地社区、工作单位或居住酒店报备，并配合做好医学隔离观察、健康监测、核酸检测等健康管理措施。如出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状者，请及时前往发热门诊就诊。

• During 23:00-23:10 on October 10: Humen Zhongjun Vegetable Store (C101, No.1, Shajiao Section, Binhai Avenue);

• During 10:00-10:20 on October 12: Nucleic acid sampling point at the basketball court opposite Meiyijia convenience store in Nizhi Village, Shajiao Community;

• During 10:20-10:23 on October 12: a fruit stall beside Xincun Second Road, Nizhi Village, Shajiao Community;

There are sporadic domestic outbreaks and local outbreaks of COVID-19, and the epidemic prevention and control situation in surrounding cities are grim and complex. And it is the peak time for people to return to work after the National Day. The general public is requested to consciously abide by the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations, firmly establishing the awareness that "everyone is responsible for their own health". Please wear masks properly, wash hands frequently, ensure good ventilation and maintain social distancing. Before entering public places, citizens should cooperate with the anti-epidemic measures such as taking temperature checks, wearing a mask, scanning the venue code and showing their itinerary card. Please participate in the nucleic acid tests organized by the village, community or unit where you are located.

当前国内疫情呈现多点散发、多地频发、局部暴发态势，周边地市疫情严峻复杂，适逢国庆节后返程高峰，人员流动频繁，疫情防控形势不容乐观。请广大市民群众自觉遵守疫情防控相关规定，牢固树立“每个人都是自己健康的第一责任人”意识，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手、常通风，保持社交距离。进入公共场所，要自觉遵守测温、戴口罩、扫场所码、查验行程卡等各项疫情防控措施，积极参加所在村（社区）、单位组织的核酸检测。
