ICSDM2017 aims to provide a unique inter- and multi-disciplinary forum for all the professionals involved in spatiotemporal big data analysis, trajectory mining, stream data mining, night-time light remote sensing data mining and geographical knowledge services academia and industry to share research ideas, present latest research achievements, foster cooperation, and encourage international collaboration.
ICSDM2017 (the 3rd conference of ICSDM) will be held from September 21-22, 2017 in Wuhan, and will be organized by Wuhan University and Fuzhou University, and sponsored by ISPRS. ICSDM2017 is also a part of ISPRS Geospatial Week 2017 in the same place from September 18-22, 2017. The main theme of ICSDM2017 is “Spatiotemporal Big Data Analysis and Trajectory, Stream, Night-time Light Data Mining”. As the third season of these serial events. The 1st ICSDM (ICSDM2011) held from June 29 to July 1, 2011 in Fuzhou in conjunction with the 8th Beijing International Workshop on Geographical Information Science (BJ-IWGIS2011), nd ICSDM (ICSDM2015) held from July 8-10, 2015 in Fuzhou, China.attracted hundreds of registered attendees from USA, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Japan, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherland, Hungary, Slovakia, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Cameron, Algeria, and China, and 10 world-renowned scientists gave keynote speeches or invited talks. A new forum/platform for international academic exchanges had come into shape.
ICSDM2017 has two days of technical program, including plenary sessions with several keynotes and invited speeches, parallel sessions with oral and poster presentations. Contributions will be invited from researchers and participant from ISPRS society, including topics on spatiotemporal big data analysis, trajectory mining, stream data mining, night-time light remote sensing data mining, spatiotemporal data services and knowledge services, spatiotemporal process modelling, spatial decision support, and the related theories, methods and applications. ICSDM2017 will serve as an open forum or platform for researchers and practitioners to share their innovative ideas and achievements in the multi-faceted research of spatiotemporal data analysis, spatiotemporal data mining, geographical knowledge service and decision support in Big Data era.
Authors are invited to submit unpublished papers, which are not under review in any other conferences or journals at the time of submission, on the topics (but not limited to) described under the Topics section.

Submission of papers
asychair. the submission website is https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icsdm2017. Authors can submit full papers or extended abstracts for a peer review process. All submissions will be peer-reviewed. The submissions should be prepared to the ISPRS guidelines for preparing manuscripts (http://www.isprs.org/documents/orangebook.aspx). Authors of accepted submissions are expected to give oral or poster presentations at the conference.

East Lake International Conference Center (EL-ICC)
The East Lake International Conference Center (EL-ICC) is a large building with an area of 31,000m2 inside the beautiful East Lake Park, 5km from WHU campus. There are 32 conference rooms of various sizes; the largest one can hold 1350 people. The EL-ICC has 210 hotel rooms (five star) with matching food services. Within 1km of EL-ICC, there are Chutian Yuehai Hotel (five star), Guochuang Chuyuan Hotel (four star), Binghu Hotel (four Star), Yester Hotel (four star), business hotels and even guest houses (as low as $10 per night for a bed) etc. There are more than 1500 hotel rooms within 5km of the EL-ICC. Attractions such as the Hubei Province Museum are within walking distance of the EL-ICC.
