The May 1st holiday is upon us, and the weather has been getting better. We're celebrating by offering brunch for 5 days throughout the holiday.
From Saturday, April 30th through May 4th, we'll be serving brunch from 11am until 3pm.
What more, we'll be debuting a new menu featuring cage-free, farm fresh eggs, and as many farm-fresh, locally sourced veggies and fruits as we can.

If you're bringing a large group, please let us know and reserve in advance. For smaller groups, there's no need to reserve, but if you'd like to guarantee your table, feel free to contact us to reserve ahead!

Why are we offering farm-fresh, cage-free eggs? It's part of a broader initiative for The Local to become a farm-to-table establishment. Apart from the fact that farm-fresh foods taste great and are healthier for you, it's vastly better for the environment and the world.Given that some of our items and ingredients aren't available locally and must be imported, we may not be able to be fully farm-to-table. However, we're going to get as close to it as we can. We're striving use quality ingredients, but also to be responsible and make a difference, even if it's a small one. We've started working with a small farm that raises free-range chickens, and are sourcing some veggies and berries from small farms. As the weather warms up, we'll be able to locally source more.This is a journey for us and we're learning as we go - we'll share more info about it as we progress!
